Works at a crawling speed much less than even 2G. Makes a lot of people think about changing service providers because of sheer frustration. Take urgent notice.

When a customer wishes to discontinue these services, all other services are disconnected. @airtelindia

I use @airtelindia Xstream Fiber and spend half the month dealing with downtime I actively pay for. There is zero human accountability. The app’s basic bot loops you into dead-end helpline numbers where no agent ever picks up, leaving you completely stranded until the connection decides to fix itself. Paying for high-speed fiber shouldn't require begging an automated bot for basic connectivity. Fix your customer support and network stability @airtelindia
