    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence paid for the ‘mesh plan’ (full year advance payment) on 02-Oct. Mesh is yet to be installed. No way to reach customer care except through Twitter and despite half a dozen reverts on DM and calls, no action being taken. Making this tweet public now.

    @airtelindia never in last 15 yrs hv been asked 2 pay anything 4 a non-functional landline, but last 2 times in 2 days, the wifi linesman asked 4 money, and said it's wish if u want 2 pay or not, didn't but either d wifi or d landline is dysfunctional and everytime they tell

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Wifi not working in Gurugram. Very low speed .. nothing is uploading nor downloading. Poor broadband service . Really disappointed! Fix this issue in old Gurgaon. I have asked many friends.. all are facing this issue of low speed..

    @airtelindia I have recharge 4 times by different modes (Amazon pay, airtel thanks , mobile banking) since yesterday but my recharge was unsuccessful. Every time amt has been debited from my a/c and txn is fail frm airtel. This type of technical issue is unexpectable from airtel.

    We took 3 month airtel broadband plan in feb which was on auto renewal, called them to cancel auto renewal and they said that the pack expires on 6th may so If they cancel auto renewal it will be affective from today itself. (1/2) @airtelindia @bajajneha27
