@airtelindia its been a week now that FTTH are not working. Following your call center and local technician for resolution but nothing is working out. 134960770 ticket no. Kids are getting online classes and daily classes are being delivered to students stops in between.

I had 2 landline numbers. I wanted my Internet to me moved to my old number and disconnect the other. After numerous calls and store visit, I now have 3 numbers, slow Internet and they took away my old plan. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia just made a mess of a simple request.

Ported to @airtelindia ending 13 year old relationship ended with #VodafoneIdea . Wouldn't have minded a little hike in tarrifs for better quality. But a tarrif hike without the service just does not make sense. Inorder to survive #VodafoneIdea got to set their priorities
