    @airtelindia @DoT_India Pathetic network service. Have raised the complaint multiple times but no action was taken to resolve the network issue.If my parents wants to call someone first they have to go to terrace so that their call could go through & they can get the network. It’s the situation in NCR.

    Worst service by @airtelindia.We Got a @Airtelblack plan and the wifi connection was done the very next day and since then we have been trying to call the sales representative who ghosted us completely.Calling the customer care they are saying the technician will come. No DTH

    @airtelindia I hv been reaching out to customer care to unbundle a family plan & add numbers to Airtel black. I was asked to clear outstanding to do so & I did it at least twice in last 1 month but they are dumb enough to not do it. Can you do something or should I port out?

    @airtelindia Guys why did u bid for 5G when u can't handle 4G and ur broadband ??? Pathetic service all across from the country's largest Telecom Company. Out of 7 days in a week 4 days broadband doesn't work. Wake and Shake urself up or **** down this Sham. Phew !!!

    @airtelindia network issue raised 3 days before in New Palam Vihar GGN but i still receive that it will take 15 days to get resolution or a single call back discussing the issue details. **15days is a huge timeline** for waiting to get internet working!!

    It's reaching 48hrs now. They told the maximum resolution time is today 3:30pm. But still there is no technicians reached home to check it. I'm not sure how it's works.. If they come on 3:30 if work continuous after a day what they will do. Worst service ever @airtelindia

    Dear @airtelindia, my ₹349 recharge includes Unlimited 5G Data, but my daily 2GB is still being deducted. I use a Samsung Galaxy *** 5G, and 5G signal is available. Unlimited 5G worked before this recharge. Please resolve this issue urgently.

    While travelling in a train or on a highway, Airtel never disappoint you, their 5g even 4g is pathetic if you are moving continuously, also lack services when you are in a high rise building. This is my personal experience. Tired of this broken connectivity. @airtelindia
