@airtelindia I have Airtel money with Fasttag , it’s suddenly get blocked, customer care informed me to resubmit the Kyc , that also done. But till my Airtel Fasttag is not activated. No proper response from customer care also. This we don’t expect from Airtel.

@airtelIndia can't afford a Generator for its 350+ consumers. When there's no electricity in the village, there is no network. Well they claim they are the fastest, come to this region and you will find the truth. Shame @airtelindia

It's sad to see how badly the service of @airtelindia is degraded. For issues with my set top box and raised service request. Took 2 technitian and 7 days just to partially resolved the problem. Replaced my old box with another old one with different customer account (1/2)

@airtelindia makes big claims “Your router will be replaced in a second if any issue” now the issue has been going on for a week, 2 engineers have visited, forget changing the router, they have done nothing but move the router hardly 2cm. Is the service? What are we paying for?
