    My suggestion to all others please don't use Airtel. They are robbers. They have worthiest recharge plans and worst network speed. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your network services in my area is the poorest. Get ready to say good bye many of your customers !

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is there any option to speak to customer care for broadband related issues/concerns/queries of i just need to waste my time and bang my head against your app only. I called 121 customer service and for 5 mins cant see any option to connect with any.

    @airtelindia @Airtel @Airtel_Presence your CC and Nodal officers are helpless and not providing resolution even after multiple call. They only provide false promises without doing anything. Check my SR 20210504421330. Not expected such bad services from Airtel :(

    @sunilbmittal hi, i see a loop in @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence system that i have done a advance recharge of Rs. 1499 for 365 days validity. But that validity received only 333 days and customer care not ready for raise my complaint.
