    @Airtel_Presence because Airtel is not able to fix it. This clearly shows how incompetent and unprofessional your support staff are. Despite multiple complaints, there is still no proper resolution. I also have the call recording and can share it if required @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Very disappointed with Airtel customer service. For the last 3 months, I have been trying to merge my postpaid family numbers, but instead of resolving the issue, Airtel keeps adding unnecessary charges to my bill. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia internet is not working in my area on all 3 sim in my house for past 6-7 days , called customer care 5-6 times they said it will be fixed in 4 hours 5-6 times , what am to do now ?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It seems like there was rejection due to some verification issue, although aadhar card of both transferee and transferer were submitted and overlooked by the backend verification team. I wanted to escalate the issue and want this to happen within 2 days.

    Dear @airtelindia, network quality and internet service at Exhibition Road, Patna, is extremely poor. Everyone in our office premises is facing constant call drops, weak signals, and unusable internet connectivity. Complaints have been registered multiple times but not resolved.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My wifi is not working and I raised the complaint in the app at 8 AM. But the resolution date it showed tomorrow. Not sure why you are not displaying today's date. As per you do we need to wait for 1 day for the issue resolution.

    Horrible experience with @airtelindia. I applied for IPTV connection on 4th May, paid deposit, on 6th I got a call that the request was raised for DTH not iptv. He said he's cancelling this. After multiple follow ups and complains it took 20 days for the cancelation to go through

    @airtelindia. very worst service by airtel i have bought air fiber last week from day 2 itself i getting network problem and i called customer care 20 time to resolve this but no person came to my home to resolve this..is this way u treat ur customer
