@JioCare It's more than 24 hours and you are not able to resolve single issue......i don't know how "customer experience" is your top most priority...... @airtelindia would have installed new connection in same time but you are not able to service existing customer.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Thanks for the wifi installation. But would have been more kind if you had good customer care facility. The problem is coming since the installation has been done and no response is being taken even after complaining.

@airtelindia i recently bought a xstream fiber and i Also paid said amount on 28 Feb. sales person said it will be live on Mar 1. But it is yet to be live and person is not picking up phone . Is this how you handle nee customer ? 😡
