    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Tagging leadership of Bharti Airtel including Gopal Vittal for urgent attention. Airtel Black customer since Oct 20 & WiFi user for 12+ yrs ,yet facing consistently poor WiFi performance with NO resolution.This is unacceptable for a premium service.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Spoke with customer support today — no meaningful action taken. Is Airtel actually resolving issues or just closing tickets to meet SLAs? This kind of experience defeats the purpose of being an Airtel Black customer.

    I have been facing an issue with @airtelindia services that whenever the power goes out within few minutes the cellular data services goes down with it, I can understand that wifi is dependent on power but why cellular. Tried caling cstr care but in vain. Can I complain to @trai

    If you’re thinking of getting @airtelindia WiFi, DON’T. I’ve been struggling for 72 hours without a connection. They have no service personnel available and their support team is useless. Total waste of money and time. 😡 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I requested IPTV twice but was unable to get any call from @Airtel_Presence . If Airtel is unable to provide service then I need to shift both accounts.
