    Worst service ever, airtel broadband has the worst customer service. I have been trying to reach out for days. Everyday they give a different date and agent but no one is coming to resolve the issue @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I can apply for a new broadband connection on 14-06-2022. I am done with your process and payment. Engineer will come and says "We can't establish a connection because your house is so far from our connection box.". Please find the issue and establish my connection.

    @mrigesh_kumar @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Okay so you guys don't even acknowledge complaint? IVRS response on the helpline automatically disconnected giving a new ETA after every 3 hours and nobody can reply on complaint while our work is severely hampered. Had shown enough patience!

    Airtel Xstream is non responsive once payment made, very poor response from service engineers. Do not even attend phone. They also have no Customer Care. Avoid it if you can. My ID no 21-2080954307, Sector 4 Panchkula @airtelindia
