    Hello @airtelindia,recently I ported my SIM from Jio to Airtel for 5G network and your team promised 1 month FREE unlimited 4G/5G data & calls. But after porting,I received NOTHING. No recharge,no benefits. This is false commitment and complete misguidance just to gain customers

    @airtelindia Facing a very poor experience with your broadband service. My WiFi modem is not working for the last 2 days. I have complained daily but no response, no technician visit, nothing. This is really unacceptable. Please resolve this issue

    I have raised Airtel dth complaint now almost 100 times& service request is raised many times and no one reached . When we click DTH , new connection request will open.Arey first resolve the issues then you can look into new dth connections @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #airtel

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, I am extremely frustrated with your services. Despite using a 5G-enabled smartphone and having an active 5G recharge, I am barely getting any network. What is the point of paying for 5G if the SIM keeps switching to 4G or showing no signal?

    @Airtel_Presence This is not acceptable @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Multiple follow-ups and still no resolution for WiFi issue (Request ID: 11027963592). “Prioritized” isn’t a solution. Need clear action & resolution timeline ASAP or I will escalate further.
