@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence how's it acceptable to a customer if his/her calls get blocked suddenly, without any intimation? Not acceptable to me without any valid reason and without any intimation. Worst part is no way to reach your useless customer service as well.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia tried raising a ticket for reinstalling the wifi and it was rescheduled 8 times hence took a new connection , retention team hadn’t cancelled from their end and this had been reported but they are still doing the same , terrible
