    @fenilsuthar007 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Also when there is an outage the customer is not allowed to talk to the care representative via 121. The stupid IVR says that there is an ongoing issue and we are working on it.

    @jagograhakjago I did complain for not working of my @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence digital tv settopbox on 29 April 2022 and till now complain is not resolved my tv is not working for more than a week but u r continuously charging for not using ur services and nor resolving it

    @youfoundprem @airtelindia if you are not capable to provide internet service,why did you taken money from customer and why you doing harrasment to customers during this work from home time. Please look into this matter and refund our money if you not able to provide us service
