  I'm facing a serious network issue at my location. inside my room, i get only 1 signal bar, and the internet is almost unusable. data keep disconnecting, making it difficult to use the service. Please look into this issue and improve the network coverage in my area @airtelindia

  Facing non-responsiveness and substandard service from @airtelindia. Paid for 100 Mbps broadband, getting speeds in Kbps. IVR doesn't let me raise a complaint, and my request for disconnection + full refund has been ignored. Requesting @TRAI & @Airtel_Presence to look into this urgently.

  @JioCare @reliancejio Please escalate this to a senior team and provide a clear resolution immediately If this is not resolved,I will proceed with the formal grievance escalation/Appellate Authority process and request a ful refund,as I will have to opt for another provider. @airtelindia

  Calling on customer care is imposible @airtelindia , tried multiple times, press this & that, what the F is going on? unable to get OTP from many services and many time call don't connect.

  The worst experience i faced from past month network is available 5g but data will be deducted from 4g data pack and I am unavailable to use 5g data,customer care sharp reply don't worry issue will be resolved within hours but they recover only money from people @airtelindia
