    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Today is 5th day of no resolution from Airtel Broadband team. Please tell me would you give customers time if they delay in paying bills? you disconnect it remotely. What's stopping you from fixing the internet remotely? #Hypocrisy #Airtelsucks

    @Airtel_Presence Wonderful customer service @airtelindia! To close the ticket, you don't need to resolve the issue. Just close the ticket after 15 days without giving the option to re-open. When customer calls again, raise afresh ticket &the cycle continues #AirtelBlack #airtel

    @airtelindia boasts of the worst customer service in the country. Have been complaining about my terrible 4G speed for more than a week now & they are unresponsive and downright ignorant. However, I will keep tweeting untill & unless my issue is resolved. @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Please shut down your customer care team when a simple request with SLA of 24 to 48 hours is pending for more than 25 days even after 5 escalations and harassment to pay for an incorrect bill... Give urgent resolution or let me look outside...

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It is since many months i talked to customer representative to fix mobile network in my area near Ganesh Hospital, Nehru Nagar, Ghaziabad, U.P.. But seems you are present now to look forward to your loyal customers. Day by Day your services are down.

    @airtelindia since yesterday I'm trying to contact your cust care,no option in IVR. All port in formalities done still showing barred. Can't use data services & IC barred. Pathetic service and boarding experience.
