    @bhartinews @airtelnews @airtelindia My connection 10101023670624 is a case of harassment. Rqstd cancellation, but ur team forced shifts tht failed repeatedly due to ur own tchncl issues. Now, Iā€™m being billed & fined for a service I asked to stop months ago. Pls resolve this.

    @airtelindia @airtelindia seems you guys never change on customer service , complaint raised on Wednesday - date of resolved commited by @airtelindia is 19th June 4-5pm, but no one has turned up , the number provided in msg was never connected, when u guys will solve??.

    Broadband Network outage again on very next day. It was restored last night and now it's gone again. Why is it so difficult to just provide a stable internet connection? How is the service so bad? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    UPDATE: Airtel customer service is ABSOLUTELY STUPID šŸ˜¤ Called after my IPTV complaint (see previous tweet), they RAISED A DTH REQUEST instead of IPTV! I NEVER asked for DTH! This is COMPLETE negligence + total incompetence from Airtel. Now NO callback AGAIN! HOW IS IT POSSIBLE that buying a NEW SERVICE takes so much of delays? Cancel this WRONG DTH ticket & raise correct IPTV request IMMEDIATELY! Your system is UTTERLY USELESS! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Never thought @airtelindia will be like this, their sales person promised to install the wifi in 24 hours , after getting the money he booked installation and post that has not been picking up my calls installation engineer called saying new building installation not possible

    I am experiencing an issue where my 1.5 GB data allowance ran out without me even using it on Airtel. I did not receive any 50%, 90%, or 100% data usage alerts.For top up using the Airtel Thanks app not working. This situation is very disappointing. @airtelindia @airtelnews
