  @airtelindia Facing problem since last Wednesday. Almost each call dropped after getting connected as well internet is not working. Very pathetic situations even fail to connect to customer care.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My internet hangs for 5 seconds sometimes 10 seconds. I had raised a complaint and it wasn’t fixed. The speed shows fine and the chat not says we have checked the ping is normal. I don’t know what is wrong here. Please look into this.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Additionally, if required, I can delete my current eSIM profile if you can the send the new one to my registered email id associated to my phone number. But visiting the physical airtel location as suggested by customer care is not an option. Please help!

  @airtelindia it’s been a week since I raised a request to get my SIM activated and took now there has been no reply . I’m sending out 3 reminder mails everyday and the customer service executive says it’s “pending” with the Airtel team . It’s a backend task

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 2/3 The Customer care guy initially mentioned to remove physical sim and insert again and was explaining me the sim card may have been damaged. I had to reiterate him that I am using eSIM and what he was saying doesn’t make any sense

  @airtelindia Xtream Fiber didn't work since Last 2 Days. It happens every week. from Airtel service Got same answer everytime. "असुविधा के लिए खेद है " @Airtel_Presence. May be this is the time to change service provider.
