@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia They made fake promises to their customers I have ported my sim to airtel and also upgraded that to 4g network and now this sim is not working in Android set but it is working on 2g keypad mobile so what is reason behind that could you explain?

@airtelindia Facing problem since last Wednesday. Almost each call dropped after getting connected as well internet is not working. Very pathetic situations even fail to connect to customer care.

My Airtel broadband is down again from 3pm yesterday. I have already raised a ticket. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence please look into this & provide a permanent solution to this problem and assign the engineer by 4pm Ticket no. 10059266782. Unprofessional really. It’s been 24hrs!!

@airtelindia You guys promote Gaming in your ad for Xtream Fiber but you are not fixing the ping issue in online gaming as only airtel is having 120ms ping vs 30-50ping on other ISPs. I raised a complaint and yet no fix. It gets fixed for 2-3week & again 120ms.
