When my 2gb per day was exhausted, the internet stopped working, when its supposed give me unlimited data. This is so annoying. Also airtel has the worst customer care, we have to talk to bots now on customer care!!!

Multiple calls to 121/198 & emails, but keep getting looped with IVR/bots while tickets are closed unresolved. As a One Airtel customer, I demand an immediate callback & fix!
