On top of that the guy who collected my documents on behalf of airtel is also not picking up the call. After endless follow with up the customer care, I am just getting assurance that it will installed soon.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Even after repeated complaints regarding the issues with Xstream Fibre, no action has been taken. Can you do anything else apart from just metioning that you are sorry for the inconvenience? If proper service cannot be provided, then provide refund.

@airtelindia have been facing internet and call issues since days. Tried calling your customer service reps/sending a DM to your twitter account, but haven't been able to connect with anyone. So much time/effort spent just trying to connect with support - very disappointed.

@airtelindia airtel thanks app most non user friendly app ever, just no way to put your query accross for help. My recharge failed and amount debited, but app has no way for me to make that complaint #sucks
