    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I raised a simple req to rem 2 nos from my plan n add a new number. It’s been over a week, and the order status is still stuck at “pending.” Your cust care and tech team have been of no help at all. Is this what u call as AIRTEL BLACK???

    @airtelindia Broadband ID : 054710079398_dsl connection number 05474050104 Service Provider : M/s.Bharti Airtel Ltd. My internet speed is very slow, it is less than 10 Mbps, to near 30 Mbps please check and take action.

    @airtelindia has the worst customer service. Trying again and again to connect with customer care, waiting forever, pressing endless buttons, and every single time there’s a ‘takniki kharabi’. Seriously frustrating. #airtel

    I don't know about other departments and companies but the most incompetent company is @airtelindia , from the day I have bought their xtream fiber connection I am facing issues and guess what they have no customer support no resolution to complains.

    Customer "Care / Service" is a joke in India. No @airtelindia internet since yesterday. What you're getting is an SMS every 3-4 hrs postponing the deadline 4 another 3-4 hrs with THOSE 4 WORDS - "WE UNDERSTAND YOUR PROBLEM". Few weeks ago, they took 5-6 days in fixing the prblm.
