It's impossible to connect with a human support representative, and I'm only getting automated responses. If this isn't fixed immediately, please cancel my broadband subscription.     @TRAI @TRAI first fix your Trai channel selector app. It's not working for more than 2-3 months. @airtelindia dth has hidden the base pack of choosing only NCF in their app and website.

    Hi @airtelindia you won’t be concerned about your diminishing network quality even after so many complaints. But you will call customer 5 days before their pack expiry everyday to remind for recharge. Waah kya baat hai @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia poor experience instead of using 200mbps plan of airtel exteme fiber where there is recurrent disconnection of internet services since last 2 days and today during day when we do work from home 11-2.50 downtime of airtel is not acceptable
