@airtelindia broadband comnection is down since morning. First got a msg that it will be resolved by 02:45pm then by 5:45pm. It's still jot resolved. I had to waste a leave because of this. Is this why am I paying?

@JioCare Even after multiple follow ups the issue continues to linger from time to time. Since yesterday internet speed drops drastically and even tweeting isn't possible. Such pathetic servicing that this issues occurs every 15 days. Time to junk @reliancejio for @airtelindia.

@airtelindia registered multiple complaints since Jan 18th about 4G not working; confirmed that if it doesn’t get resolved I shouldn’t be charged international roaming pack, despite that I have been billed for it and the issue got resolved only when I changed the sim, on my own!
