    What a shame @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Paid for wifi mesh and it's been 1 month but the service is not yet fulfilled. The Area Engineer does not pick up calls. The appellate authority and customer care either slept or did not bother. Order ID- 21-164096791745

    @airtelindia earlier outgoing service worked for at least sometime after expiry. Now the moment validity ends the line practically useless causing mental harassment to make just one call, customers are not ATM @airtelindia please understand that and provide the solution asap.

    @airtelindia My WiFi has been down since yesterday. Complaint raised, but technician visit is only on 12th May. Still being charged despite no internet access. Airtel Black promises priority support, but thereโ€™s no real action on the ground.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia it's been legit almost 10 days i have raised a request to shift my broadband and your ground team is nothing but bunch of retards, no one is coming and I'm leaking money by recharging add ons, idk how you will compensate that but SHIFT MY DAMN WIFI
