    @airtelindia @JioCare Both have released 5G but 4G service is extremely poor in area Pin 281004 Bakalpur. Both are equally irresponsible. In reply, they will send standard reply but don't take any Corrective action. @DoT_India

    Your team always tries to find the issue from customer end. The phone is new. Other operator sim is working perfect. Making the customer feel that he is in fault everything is okay from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @AdityaD_Shah Used docomo initially then for sometime Idea, after that for a long time I used @airtelindia , but then they didn't help me at all during the esim transition, so moved to @reliancejio 🥹

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My SIM card has suddenly stopped working from last night. It's in the mobile and it still says no sim found. I have tried changing slots and also tried switching to a new phone. It is not working
