  @airtelindia if you are not installing the wifi on time then how can we trust on the service you will be giving to us. I guess I should not install your wifi at all now and should seek for refund. This is nonsense. Why the hell your agents are so much confident but still failing?

  The same thing for a new service, we will get calls very quickly and many times. Isn't it the shame. @airtelindia pure money minded and don't say your service is good. People, Don't try airtel any time. Look for others. @airtelindia not able to fix the wifi in metros like Hyd.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Such a worst service. Takes years for shifting a wifi connection. Don't give false promises if you can't act on time. Be ashamed of your services. You can't give the service engineer contact details to the customer. Isn't it foolish???

  ****** service @airtelindia. WiFi shifting req open for week, customer care says backend team will call. No one calls. SMS has mobile but engrs says they are not available and call the customer care. Endless loop. More players needed so airtel can't take customers for granted.
