    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Issue in Cast using Airtel wifi since longtime and customer service is not helping. Router was changes from ZTE to NOKIA for frequent internet disconenciton issue and that create this new problem and team is not helping at all.

    Shame on @airtelindia . Days of repetitive replies, zero accountability, and no real resolution. When customers raise genuine concerns, they're met with copy-paste responses until they give up. This isn't customer service,it's ignoring customers. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Pathetic network in gurgaon. Not able to make calls. Multiple call drops and poor network. It's high time now. Despite multiple complaints, no resolution and no visit. It's time to port to Jio or VI. They are far better. Won't recommend anyone.

    Facing internet issues on my airfiber since last 1 week and despite calling @airtelindia customer care numerous times they aren't sending a technician to my location. All they are doing is trying to fix the issue on the call and it isnt helping a bit. @Airtel_Presence

    48 hours. No Airtel network. No calls. No internet. No updates. What the hell is going on, This level of service is completely unacceptable. Paying for a service that’s been unavailable for 2 days is beyond frustrating. Fix this immediately @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
