    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence plz solve the network issue lots of video buffering and call issue...I'm complained the network issue past 2 3 months back but not my problem solved yet...plz solve the problem or I will switch to Jio with my all airtel network..

    @airtelindia Worst app and worst customer service. I didn’t expect this from Airtel. Yesterday, I raised a ticket for WiFi shifting, but even by the next day, I didn’t receive any call from the local service provider.

    So @airtelindia network is down in my area for more than 3 hours as of now. I switched to them considering they have better network than jio but I was wrong

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Nothing has been resolved yet despite multiple assurances from your team. The issue is still exactly the same, and this repeated "end of the day" commitment without any actual resolution is extremely disappointing. 1/2

    @airtelindia I am sure we are having new towers every day but your current tower is down more then 50 hours. Big problem for WFH. No updates for the issue fix. Wife down. Location : 387001 please update

    @Airtel_Presence Is there any update on the issue @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My latest 2026 phone says it does not support 5G SA although it does. And I am not getting priority postpaid signal even though others in household are getting it.
