@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence plz solve the network issue lots of video buffering and call issue...I'm complained the network issue past 2 3 months back but not my problem solved yet...plz solve the problem or I will switch to Jio with my all airtel network..

Two complaints lodged and got resolved without the feedback. I was falsely assured by senior supervisor that he will personally follow up the case and wont let the problem resolve by itself without taking the feedback but it happened both the times @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@arkobose Even if you tag @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence they dont care. The home internet is down since march and calling the cust support, tweets, mail is not helping. Have to move to some other service provider when i visit India later this year

Ported from VI (8 years) to airtel just to have a smooth internet. Bt airtel sucks big time. Only a month with airtel, started facing issues with internet. 2 times registered complaint with airtel which got itself resolved without rectifying my prblm @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia Two days back i switched to Airtel fiber network from Jio. But unfortunately I couldn't use most of the apps with your internet connection. Especially Spotify, Amazon Prime and Youtube. While I check speed i can get 190 MBPS speed. But can't some specific apps.
