    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence plz solve the network issue lots of video buffering and call issue...I'm complained the network issue past 2 3 months back but not my problem solved yet...plz solve the problem or I will switch to Jio with my all airtel network..

    The airtel app is so worst that, it doesn't have a remove existing connections option in a family plan. @airtelindia. U suck.

    Too pathetic service from @Airtel_Presence broadband. The connection has been down since yesterday. I raised a complaint, but the support agent blocked my number instead of providing any resolution or update. Very disappointing customer service experience. #Airtel @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Dear Airtel Support, I requested full disconnection of my Airtel Black services (DTH + Broadband) on 29th March for no. IN DM. DTH was stopped, but broadband billing is still being generated despite no usage after the disconnection request.

    @airtelindia very very very frustrated with your internet speed it's slow that 2G. I did complain in your so called airtel thanks app but every time it's given nothing else. Tell me if you are not able to solve I do portability of another company.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence airtel is adding fake charges to stop WiFi cancellation, forcing payment with threats of monthly billing, marking it “paid and closed,” then demanding payment again a month later. Even tho they mark it as paid. WTF

    Dear @airtelindia my WiFi has been working since 11th of may 2026 and even after multiple calls to the customer service the issue hasn’t been fixed. No engineer is assigned. P.S : due to wfh I have installed WiFi and now to work I need to purchase data packs….what a service
