    @airtelindia You failed to solve the shifting connection forore than week, i request you to cancel my service ( Broadband and Post paid) . I will pay the bill from bill date to that date which i stop using your service.

    Hi @airtelindia Today I lodged a DND related complaint 31-6846818410073 suspecting a call to be fraudulent. It appears that the company is genuine. Can you ignore/ withdraw the complaint? Regda

    @airtelindia Unfortunately, I am still unable to set my desired Hello Tunes as a postpaid user, despite having contacted customer service. They were unable to assist me with this issue. I find this unacceptable given the cost of the service.
