@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have raised an SR: 10121807412 on 5th Jan 8:06 AM. Due to a short circuit in the pole, the fibre cable was burnt to a crisp. Since yesterday no one from #Airtel has bothered to show up or fix the issue.
