    @airtelindia sir, do you have customer care number which can help us. I am trying 121 and 198 both are useless and I am not able to know the reason of network issues. Whereas I am having another number there is no problem. Pls help

    Extremely disappointed with @airtelindia's service. Got Airtel Xstream Fiber on August 1st. And it's been only 2 days and my wifi connection is down for more than 3 hours. Tried contacting airtel executive and im dissappointed with their service.

    @airtelindia , we have disconnected our broadband connection due to frequent issues in our location. The customer care doesn't respond to my emails on regund. Airtel has best customer service only on ads and nothing on actual service (broadband is 040101718497). Please revert

    @Airtel_Presence Tried to reach ??? 2 ring doesnt even count as try its a formality. Leave it @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia doesn't care and I will suggest all to not opt for a company who doent give a damn to customers. I WANT TO OPT FOR AIRTEL THATS ALL AND AIRTEL CANNOT DO THAT

    @airtelindia I have no WiFi since Sunday and despite service requests, there is no information on the issue or any resolution time that is reliable. Tired of pathetic service.
