@airtelindia Seriously tweeted few hours back on Jio & Airtel. Airtel didnt responded so far, Jio responded 2 hrs back. This is height of complacency. Airtel charge more, give inferior service. Wonder why ppl still prefer Airtel. In btw my family use to be all Airtel, but no more now

Airtel broadband worst internet service provider in india, Last week I book airtel broadband connection for my home in Nagpur, after connection it work for 10 min and then stopped working complaint raised with customer care but still no one came to look into issue.@airtelindia

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Any update?The network has become very unstable after some configuration from airtel. Internet connectivity is not consistent and most of the time need to switch to flight mode and back. Most of us are Working from home nowadays and such connectivity is a big problem

Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , Its been 48 hours since I lodged my complaint through the ‘Airtel Thanks’ app. The service guy has been delaying. This is very poor service considering Airtel boasts about quality service. Look into it maybe?

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence has harassed in the last 4 days. They claim to provide customer support within 24 to 48 hours, but no action has been taken even after complaining to the customer care on July 21 and before that at the local level.
