  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This is the most shameless network provider. Now they have even stopped responding to our complain, just asking private DM for formality only, nobody actually respond to our msz. Can't even imagine when 5G is coming in market they are givin 0KB speed

  @airtelindia Finally I gave in and paid the entire bill for no fault of mine. Loss of signal is not my fault but Airtel Charged me for the entire month. It’s a shame that their customer support says that they understand and will help.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @DoT_India is Airtel above the law of land ? Can they ask customer to remove mask inside their store for issuing duplicate SIM ? I have just had this experience.
