    Extremely disappointed with @airtelindia. As a customer for 16 years (2 Postpaid, DTH, Fiber), the current service is pathetic. Wi-Fi down for 2 days with no resolution despite multiple complaints. Unbundled Airtel Black and surrendering all connections today @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia I have an active ₹379 plan with unlimited 5G, a 5G phone, 5G SIM, and I’m clearly connected to 5G. But for the past 6 days, after 2GB usage, I keep getting capped — even on 5G. No fix.#airtel

    Does @airtelindia care about its customers? We have four connects on family plan. Main number network disappears frequently. Repeated complaints. No action. Nodal officer- Lip service. Same handset with jio Sim. No issues. @airtelindia

    So I have Shifted to a new flat in Bengaluru recently, and after hearing good reviews about @airtelindia, we got an Airtel Wi-Fi connection. We even paid extra for the UPS installation. It's been almost a month since the payment, but the UPS still hasn't been installed. We've tried reaching out multiple times through emails, but every single time we receive the same automated reply. No actual update, no resolution. You can clearly see: - Payment made on 15 June - First email sent on 26 June - Follow-up emails every 2–3 days - Another email on 7 July - Yet, the same automated response every time. This level of customer support is honestly frustrating. Can someone from @airtelindia please look into this and help resolve the issue?

    Hello @airtelindia, I am using an Airtel Unlimited 5G plan, but my 5G speed becomes extremely slow even though the phone still shows a 5G network. This issue keeps happening repeatedly, especially in the last few days before my recharge expires. Please look into this mat

    @Shalini70856041 @airtelindia Ya but we don't have more options 😞. I also having faced similar issue when I buy airtel airfiber. Very bad service even I called customer care almost 20-30 time but not any technician visit. Then I close my connection.
