    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia wants to make peace, by giving a ₹ 100/- off for my upcoming 5 bills, or giving a ₹ 500/- upfront waiver sort of with my bill, against the complaint raised. The question is, did I raise the complaint for a ₹ 100/- waiver at all??

    (1/2) @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been facing a WiFi outage since yesterday. As per the Airtel Thanks app, the issue was supposed to be resolved by 6 PM on 4th July, but even after repeated complaints, it is still not fixed.

    @Airtel_Presence Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia You promised to get the issue resolved by 8.30AM today morning but as you can do the math its 6 hrs above the deadline you provided and the problem still persists. I have replied to you in DM as well. This is below par service from airtel. (1)
