@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 3. I contacted cust. support on 198 & explained my issue,I got very lame response that they've escalated the issue w/o even asking the specifics. I tried to explain further/request call transfer to senior,they cut my call. Happened multiple times

@airtelindia DTH not linked to the device at home for my Airtel black account and the customer care directs to a service engineer who in turn directs back to customer care. Nobody is able to solve and absolutely pathetic service

@airtelindia Been using airtel for years but recently the network has become extremely poor, especially during peak hours. Even BSNL looks decent compared to you guys. I'm seriously thinking about dumping Airtel wifi and subscribe with Jio
