I requested a disconnection via 121, but its is nt possible saying the open ticket must close first. This is nothing but a trap to inflate bills.

On 25 April 26, by mistake i got recharge twice, I tried return the second amount but got details from the Airtel stores will it active 1 by 1 so you don’t require any action, now my plan exited 1 month dispute two plans.
