    @Mourya_fabulous @airtelindia Jio. Value for money tariffs, and a much sincere customer service. I was considering sticking with Airtel Black, and even adding my family to my postpaid plan. Their crappy customer service convinced me to NOT. Can’t wait to clock out my 3 months so I can port back to Jio.

    What's happening? Reported an issue for Network speed and a Service request is assigned for me stating it will be resolved on 17th Nov and No response till date and what's the use of unlimited GB with No network speed? Simply increasing the rates.. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Fix your network man!! It slows down as the day passes by.. Increase your bandwidth, maybe there is an increment in local ISP

    @Subham_Dhal09 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia some are very generous and some very opposite, exceptions do exist, i had bad experience with airtel where i paid my airtel postpaid bill using paytm wallet and then later lost more than 2k to another airtel number recharge without my consent, both airtel & paytm denied support😡
