    @Airtel_Presence Absolutely pathetic service levels from Airtel. A platinum customer waiting for a sim replacement for last 1 week and running every other day to the nearest centre and still nothing moves. All this brouhaha about customer centricity is just a farce .@airtelindia

    @airtelindia @FASTag_NETC Totally pathetic service by airtel payments bank. There is no way to connect with them and no resolution provided by email. I had ordered my FASTag through airtel payments bank on Nov 12th, still have not received it with no updates!
