@airtelindia recently I changed my number from prepaid to postpaid and today I got internet upload speed 0Mbps and download speed 1.39Mbps When I raised complaint resolution time is 8 days, given current work from home situation I am completely shocked with resolution time 1/3

@airtelindia there were call drop issue, I was unable to make or receive calls, I lodged a complaint, but after 15 days, the complaint was closed without any solution. Is this the value system in Airtel, is this the way customers are dealt with.

And when I called Airtel customer care they said that they can't do anything about this ,it feels like this is a standard fraud by @airtelindia . No value of customer money ,it's literally like thief work by them and since that have bought the sim they will gonna recharge...

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence - In case you don't know your service has deteriorated even for Airtel Priority customers. Please check DTH ticketID: 63372012. Ticket opens from 14th May & no resolution. Your call center is clueless & service engineers are unreachable. #Airtel .

I am going file a case against @airtelindia in @consumercourtin for providing bad service its been 2 days my airtel xstreme fiber is not working, which led to ruin my end sem examination , and I installed it 2 days ago , it didn't even worked of 12 hours.
