    @airtelindia As you have requested I have waited for 8 working days, still with all respect I am waiting for update, expecting 1% of customer service you promised while taking post paid connection, even you can say sorry we were not able to solve the issue.

    @airtelindia recently I changed my number from prepaid to postpaid and today I got internet upload speed 0Mbps and download speed 1.39Mbps When I raised complaint resolution time is 8 days, given current work from home situation I am completely shocked with resolution time 1/3

    @airtelindia Airtel is a big Fraud company without using the DTH service I have to paid my huge bill and they have not untag my number with dth even after making payment. Now again Airtel is begging for dth which I have not used since March

    @airtelindia Why our DTH service got disconnects always ? Last month also it was disconnected and we have done continues follow up with the team after 2 weeks it was fine now again disconnected from last 4 days when we asked got response it is technical issue. Please resolve.

    @airtelindia : Second time in 3 months my SIM stopped receiving signals. First time I was told it was damaged. Hence switched to eSIM this time. Stopped working suddenly after working fine for 1.5 months again. Your customer support has no clue whatsoever. Any explanations?
