    @airtelindia recently I changed my number from prepaid to postpaid and today I got internet upload speed 0Mbps and download speed 1.39Mbps When I raised complaint resolution time is 8 days, given current work from home situation I am completely shocked with resolution time 1/3

    @airtelindia As you have requested I have waited for 8 working days, still with all respect I am waiting for update, expecting 1% of customer service you promised while taking post paid connection, even you can say sorry we were not able to solve the issue.

    @Arunend06056721 @airtelindia Then what happened they gave the bill for the WiFi that was not working. I write them back. Reduced half the amount and asked me to pay. I said I was not at all able to use WiFi that month so I asked cancel my bill.
