@airtelindia recently I changed my number from prepaid to postpaid and today I got internet upload speed 0Mbps and download speed 1.39Mbps When I raised complaint resolution time is 8 days, given current work from home situation I am completely shocked with resolution time 1/3

@airtelindia As you have requested I have waited for 8 working days, still with all respect I am waiting for update, expecting 1% of customer service you promised while taking post paid connection, even you can say sorry we were not able to solve the issue.

Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i used to have a number of my mother which i kept after she passed away just to save it and i somehow lost that number back in 2018 as i did not use it while i was away for studies I would be really happy if you could help me get that number again

@airtelindia you provide the worst service in Hyderabad the tech city..even in main city your 4g can't play YouTube. @reliancejio is better. no need to go in forest to check your network just provide better in city. Changing to @reliancejio
