@airtelindia recently I changed my number from prepaid to postpaid and today I got internet upload speed 0Mbps and download speed 1.39Mbps When I raised complaint resolution time is 8 days, given current work from home situation I am completely shocked with resolution time 1/3

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence After complaining many for my concern the redressal team has never reverted back with any solution. My problems are that I am facing issue in internet usage and with incoming and outgoing calls.This is the worst customer support for me.

@Airtel_Presence The issue still persists.. And not a single person has come home to address it.. If a customer who's with you for more than 5 yrs and pay a 4K bill month on month is treated this way, I don't think you deserve such customers.. @airtelindia @airtelnews
