    @airtelindia recently I changed my number from prepaid to postpaid and today I got internet upload speed 0Mbps and download speed 1.39Mbps When I raised complaint resolution time is 8 days, given current work from home situation I am completely shocked with resolution time 1/3

    @airtelindia As you have requested I have waited for 8 working days, still with all respect I am waiting for update, expecting 1% of customer service you promised while taking post paid connection, even you can say sorry we were not able to solve the issue.

    @airtelindia I got lots of call for recharge like your airtel DTH will be suspended from Delhi. What the nonsense call i got that if will not do recharge then will suspend your connection. Now I have done recharge provide service. Why not working. My DTH connection no 3044522909

    @airtelindia I got call for recharge and I have done recharge but still it shows bad connection, restart set top box every time.. I gave missed call on given number for hard refresh but still showing same.. Really bad experience and service. Do the needful asap...
