    @airtelindia recently I changed my number from prepaid to postpaid and today I got internet upload speed 0Mbps and download speed 1.39Mbps When I raised complaint resolution time is 8 days, given current work from home situation I am completely shocked with resolution time 1/3

    @airtelindia YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RIDICULOUS. I wasted 45 minutes explaining my One Airtel bill issue and waiting on hold, with your executive Suruchi who assured me she has sorted it. 4 days later, I'm still waiting for it to get sorted.
