    @airtelindia recently I changed my number from prepaid to postpaid and today I got internet upload speed 0Mbps and download speed 1.39Mbps When I raised complaint resolution time is 8 days, given current work from home situation I am completely shocked with resolution time 1/3

    I tried to call 198 regarding @airtelindia #Voicemail quota issue. They are not aware of how much messages it can store leave alone temporarily uncapping the same till they rectify their #Outage. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence you are really testing my patience since yesterday. Called 121 stating my internet isn't working. None cared to call me back. After couple of calls,received a technician num who isnt responding. What's the purpose of Airtel BLACK? POOR CUST SERVICE?

    @airtelindia Help in resolving billing issue of AirtelBlackPlan of Rs. 1,999. I'm consistently getting overcharged bills for the same and your customer support is unable to fix it permanently and then I've to call you every month to take care of it which i dont have the time for.
