@airtelindia recently I changed my number from prepaid to postpaid and today I got internet upload speed 0Mbps and download speed 1.39Mbps When I raised complaint resolution time is 8 days, given current work from home situation I am completely shocked with resolution time 1/3

@Airtel_Presence 3rd August- 11:27 am Still now found no improvements,still network is low. Out of 5 calls,3 to 4 calls are dropping. Helpless...😓 #TRAI #airtelindia #airtelthanks.

@airtelindia have been using the contact no for many critical things like banking etc., a sudden disconnection would hamper such things, arent you aware of atleast these kinda things? Now I will certainly look for alternate service providers, thank you!
