Mohammed Sulaiman (@mdsulai18072892) reported from Godhra, Gujarat@airtelindia recently I changed my number from prepaid to postpaid and today I got internet upload speed 0Mbps and download speed 1.39Mbps When I raised complaint resolution time is 8 days, given current work from home situation I am completely shocked with resolution time 1/3

If the problem is not fixed, many more customers will be forced to port their Airtel numbers to another network. In fact, several people from our village have already ported their SIMs .

Despite repeated attempts, we have been unable to reach a customer care executive to register this complaint.
