    @airtelindia recently I changed my number from prepaid to postpaid and today I got internet upload speed 0Mbps and download speed 1.39Mbps When I raised complaint resolution time is 8 days, given current work from home situation I am completely shocked with resolution time 1/3

    @airtelindia As you have requested I have waited for 8 working days, still with all respect I am waiting for update, expecting 1% of customer service you promised while taking post paid connection, even you can say sorry we were not able to solve the issue.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This issue is closed on 20th May without anyone providing any update. DM to Airtel on X was also not responded. I got an sms with cancellation details. Airtel use to be good in customer services. Same is seen when the issue is raised to Appellate team.

    Hello @airtelindia, Booked a new Fibre connection and paid the initial amount. When Engineer come, he said connection is not feasible at this location. I asked to cancel & refund the amount. It's been 10 days still no refund & engineer stop responding. Pathetic @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia still no resolution to this SR 10950756773. No services since more than 24 hours now, despite paying you in advance. This is a fifth disruption in past one month. Will you refund the amount for all hours when service was down?

    @airtelindia Facing issues with my ₹379 Unlimited 5G plan. Despite having a solid 5G network signal, my internet speed drops to zero after crossing 2GB. Kindly look into this now and resolve it, otherwise I will be forced to port out.

    Dear @airtelindia, you should seriously shut down your customer care services because they’re absolutely useless. Total waste of time. I’m tired of dealing with you guys. And on top of that, I can’t even cancel my WiFi subscription by myself. What kind of nonsense is this?

    @Airtel_Presence .@airtelindia, this issue is not isolated to my number or handset—it affects the entire area. Since COVID, I’ve logged repeated complaints, all auto-closed or deleted with zero resolution, which is why I eventually gave up. You already have my number—please check the history.

    @airtelindia 13 days since I raised the request to shift airtel fibre wifi connection. Till now no response. Called customer care everyday and they keep raising requests, escalate but nothing works. Pathetic! If I don't get the connection shifted today I am going to deactivate

    @airtelindia - I’ve been an Airtel postpaid customer for over 6 years and have been repeatedly reaching out via email to remove an unused data-only add-on number from my family plan. Unfortunately, I keep receiving the same generic responses instead of an actual resolution.
