@airtelindia I've an Airtel Postpaid connection with Paltinum plan of 999. I'm supposed to get 'PRIORITY' service as per marketing. But I'm getting a speed of 0.5 Mbps at my place and when I Register a complaint, it says it'll take 8 days to get resolved. Should I port my number?

@airtelindia In Jogbani (Bihar) no network in main market since last 10 days. Even POS machines are not working. Should we port to Jio? The network & net speed of Jio is far better than airtel. Hope for early action.

Similar issues faced in Andhra Pradesh too. 1st thought it was sim card problem & changed it, no use. Then changed mobile, no use! Our office uses @airtelindia CUG. I think it's better to change the network operator.
