    @airtelindia As you have requested I have waited for 8 working days, still with all respect I am waiting for update, expecting 1% of customer service you promised while taking post paid connection, even you can say sorry we were not able to solve the issue.

    @airtelindia recently I changed my number from prepaid to postpaid and today I got internet upload speed 0Mbps and download speed 1.39Mbps When I raised complaint resolution time is 8 days, given current work from home situation I am completely shocked with resolution time 1/3

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI As Per TRAI GUIDELINES Same State Porting Takes 2 Days & Inter State Takes 5, I Have Done Porting From Jio to Airtel, Today It's Total 6 Days & 4 Working Days, Still Airtel Customer Care Saying It Will Take Another 2 Days. 👎 Airtel Disgusting

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel is scamming people again. I had a recharge done on 3rd of Feb for 28 days validity. The plan stucked today itself i.e. within 22 days and I was not able to make a call. Only incoming was operational. I tried customer care. They sucks.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence visited your store 7 times , called ur customer care 2 times & yet not able to solve inactive fastag issue. U disabled my Airtel wallet without informing me. Ur Hadapsar, Pune store guys are dumb enough to make it a harassment store. #Airtel_sucks
