    @airtelindia recently I changed my number from prepaid to postpaid and today I got internet upload speed 0Mbps and download speed 1.39Mbps When I raised complaint resolution time is 8 days, given current work from home situation I am completely shocked with resolution time 1/3

    @airtelindia As you have requested I have waited for 8 working days, still with all respect I am waiting for update, expecting 1% of customer service you promised while taking post paid connection, even you can say sorry we were not able to solve the issue.

    Facing issue of network in my area for @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. Tried to reach to customer care,explained him following issues: 1)Network is pretty low in my network 2)My call is being dropped since one month In reply,they told me to insert sim to slot 1 and select volte

    @airtelindia really pathetic service, a guy comes to fix my intermittent internet connection has messed up entire connection and not even answering call now. There should be some escalation matrix to report such folks, I am a long term airtel user and really not happy ๐Ÿ˜ก

    Is @airtelindia going from bad to worse on the broadband services? I filed a complaint (ref # 11027711657) and have been trying to follow up, but to no avail. It's been 2 weeks. The customer care number is 'invalid' and the assigned engineer doesn't pick. CC: @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia โ€˜s spam caller is a joke. All finance company can make call and it appears as genuine number. @Bajaj_Finserv - good job by spamming customer with your cold calling.
