    @airtelindia recently I changed my number from prepaid to postpaid and today I got internet upload speed 0Mbps and download speed 1.39Mbps When I raised complaint resolution time is 8 days, given current work from home situation I am completely shocked with resolution time 1/3

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI there is no simple procedure to cancel the broadband conn? I struggled for 1 hr trying to reachout.Reason to cancel: I was told the plan would come with 40 Mbps but got 16 Mbps in actual and it was sold to me saying it's a prepaid plan..
