@airtelindia recently I changed my number from prepaid to postpaid and today I got internet upload speed 0Mbps and download speed 1.39Mbps When I raised complaint resolution time is 8 days, given current work from home situation I am completely shocked with resolution time 1/3

Hello, @airtelindia ! I have posted many appreciation for networking systems. My complaint first. Please fix the bug in my networking area. For months I was using 4G with excellent speed. From 2-3 dys I hv noticed that my net speed met some major depreciation. Kndly fix it asap

@airtelindia your service is pathetic. You forced me to recharge an unlimited plan just to send sms even if I had prepaid balance. I did this because my bank accounts are linked with your number Kudos @reliancejio for it's exceptional service. I will switch my accounts to jio.
