@airtelindia My roaming pack barred in just 10 days. when I called customer care your answer was it’s due to high usage, however I not yet completed my calling n 218 minutes still left. Even after making the payment, my services still barred. Very poor service.

And what do you expect a customer to do for 8 days when he has an issue with network connectivity @airtelindia @TRAI Are we really going forward with this kind of business attitude? What message are you conveying to the customers by removing the channels of customer support??
