    @airtelindia recently I changed my number from prepaid to postpaid and today I got internet upload speed 0Mbps and download speed 1.39Mbps When I raised complaint resolution time is 8 days, given current work from home situation I am completely shocked with resolution time 1/3

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Please restore your 4G service ASAP at 713326 , as it has been pathetic since 17 april thunder storm. Interesting thing is that your network always show 4G service but speed is below 2G, making Indians fool as you always do.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia been stuck with my problem for days. Your team never calls and sends a message saying you tried but couldn't reach! Your as calls reach me on the same days. The transaction you wanted has been shared days ago and still I'm waiting for a single call.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your broadband performance has be cone very poor. Against promised 40MBPS getting ~20MBPS. Yr pol give imaginary reasons like modem nr TV, it has been like this for 3 yrs. Close complaint without resolving issue. Worst than during full lockdown
