    @airtelindia recently I changed my number from prepaid to postpaid and today I got internet upload speed 0Mbps and download speed 1.39Mbps When I raised complaint resolution time is 8 days, given current work from home situation I am completely shocked with resolution time 1/3

    @airtelindia As you have requested I have waited for 8 working days, still with all respect I am waiting for update, expecting 1% of customer service you promised while taking post paid connection, even you can say sorry we were not able to solve the issue.

    @airtelindia your airtel stores are just pathetic at responding. Still waiting for a new sim. Visited multiple times to your store at Kamapalli Square in Berhampur, Odisha to get a new sim but of no use. They told I had issues with the document but since then no response.
