@airtelindia recently I changed my number from prepaid to postpaid and today I got internet upload speed 0Mbps and download speed 1.39Mbps When I raised complaint resolution time is 8 days, given current work from home situation I am completely shocked with resolution time 1/3

@Airtel_Presence 3rd August- 11:27 am Still now found no improvements,still network is low. Out of 5 calls,3 to 4 calls are dropping. Helpless...😓 #TRAI #airtelindia #airtelthanks.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This is not acceptable. I am using this connection since 2017. If there is a new plan introduced last year (Jan2021) implementation of new plan should be updated for exiting customer. Don't cheat us.40 mbps is Rs.499 why for me alone it's Rs.799???
