    @airtelindia As you have requested I have waited for 8 working days, still with all respect I am waiting for update, expecting 1% of customer service you promised while taking post paid connection, even you can say sorry we were not able to solve the issue.

    @airtelindia recently I changed my number from prepaid to postpaid and today I got internet upload speed 0Mbps and download speed 1.39Mbps When I raised complaint resolution time is 8 days, given current work from home situation I am completely shocked with resolution time 1/3

    Got the SIM replaced for β‚Ή100 and issue resolved. If it was this simple, why the long delay and unnecessary inconvenience, especially in this heat? Really disappointed as I expected a better resolution time and service @airtelindia

    @gayatri008_16 @airtelindia Same here-network has gone from bad to worse. Internet barely works… seriously frustrating 😀. This isn’t what we’re paying for. Service quality has dropped a lot lately. Raised multiple complaints this month, but still no fix. What’s going on?
