Finally free from Vodafone, suffering a lot,the last time they called me to know why I quit I replied I couldn't make the call, they proposed if they fixed my problems can I stay? It means they can be fixed but they didn't. Thanks @airtelindia ******* @ViCustomerCare

@airtelindia chat bot is the best example of dark UX. My broadband is not working from past 3 days, I have been trying to raise a complaint since then but conversation goes in loop, & the issue is still not resolved. I can’t even reach the customer care. -_-

@airtelindia i visited shalimar bagh airtel store to handover the wifi router as requested by the sales person. I met with 1 lady manager, she was so rude and she doesn't know how to speak wid customer, she didn't listen to me and went back by saying v r closed. Pathetic exp..
