    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence after a week of poor service my internet is completely down since yesterday . In a month for alteast 15 days your net is not working, real headache for me, I am switching over to Jio fiber next month. Thanks for years of harassment.

    @Satyajeet1294 @upadhyay_harsh @airtelindia Call the guy who installed connection to provide number of engineer and keep on banging his head until issue resolves. I did the same and got issue fixed after 3 days.

    @Airtel_Presence 5 days now and still no resolution ? Is this the way Airtel is going to deal with it’s customers now ? The only option left with me now is to disconnect my Airtel broadband and choose another service provider with better customer service!! @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Your representative took money from me for a new Xstream fiber connection and promised to get it done by Tuesday. It's been 3 days and neither the rep nor the technician is picking up my calls or responding to my messages. That's such great customer service!
