    @airtelindia my set up box us closed for last 36 hour. They promise to repair today by 1 noon. But no repair soo far. Now I will wait for another 24 hour. What a 3rd class service. And they send false mess too me. Shame *** work. They send me false mess

    @airtelindia I have disconnect my airtel dish 3007484757 9 month ago. But airtel shameless co has send me more then 50 message in last 2 months. I have never seen such a poor third class co . Please forgive me and don't send me more mess.

    Airtel is not reachable at all I want to discontinue the broadband services on 01142455386 but there all sites are busy Airtel app not working 😓 They have even generated bill for the month when I gave a request to discontinue the services .@airtelindia @TRAI

    I do not understand the internet service of @airtelindia my wifi is not working since last 4 days and every day all you guys do is assign a new service engineer. If there is a single day delay in paying the bill the reminder are too frequent but nothing about the service.

    @airtelindia my airtel black id 10101015733988,was using from last 2 3 yrs, was having internet issue in apr 26, raised complain 2 3 times to shift on fibre.. In apr 26 I didnt use my internet fr whole month, but you ppl sent me the apr 26 month bill and disconnected my wifi

    @airtelindia can you respond, your customer care rep is providing wrong information , previously I recharged 39 INR data pack of 3 GB and 3 days validity which worked fine, i mean it was not using fixed data but this 100 INR 6GB data pack one month validity not being used, why?

    With no wifi service since the 19th May 2026. Multiple connects with the customer service team. engineer scheduled 2-3 times. None turned up ever. Fed up, placed disconnection request. "Backend" cancelled without consulting. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia #Consumercourt #airtel

    Applied for Postpaid to Prepaid migration for my number on 30th May. Deadline given was 1st June, 12:50 PM. It’s past the time and still NOT DONE! Customer care is just wasting time with no resolution. Resolve this ASAP! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia What is the use of being a BLACK CUSTOMER when I cannot get internet connectivity on a Monday business hours. No customer service. Engineer calls do not connect. Better if somebody can come and disconnect the service. I am tired of Airtel.

    @airtelindia every single day, internet in Mahadevpura Bengaluru goes away around 4:30 to 7pm. why is it happening? we've been complaining since forever. If you're selling Air-Fiber, at least don't make it like some 2G internet pls. Please help resolve.
