    @airtelindia @Airtel @Airtel_Presence No Airtel 4g coverage here in Karnal .Seems like the worst 4g network at the moment .Respected authorities pls do something about it since we can't send even normal texts on social sites 😑😑😐 .Hope to get a positive response from You

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Recently I got my sim no. 8265866686 ported to Airtel from Docomo 6 days back but still I am not receiving any signals. I tried calling customer care but they also have no idea. Is there anyone to help. 😓

    Called again to airtel customer care they are saying there seniors working on servers.I believe its been one week airtel employees sre working on their servers @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence @dth_connection @airtelindia what response i got after again calling again from my side

    @airtelindia u am ashok kumar from 413 new prem nagar karnal haryana. I am using airtel dish since 2009 . Today I replace my new setup box. Which karnal office has delebrately hand over me setup box without any check up. Now new setup box is not working.

    @airtelindia But after doing the recharge its showing overall validity is 84 daya. It should be showing in upcoming plan.please check and help

    @airtelindia when i call airtel co customer service centre. They waiste my 6 min. Then company man hear my call. Why 6 min wait for us..we are free and they are busy. Soo frustrated. Very poor thinking of airtel. As I think every customers suffer this. Why 6 min waiting

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I want to inform everyone that my prepaid Airtel no. 9416482676 is facing network issue. I am not able to call anyone nor I am able to receive calls from anyone but Airtel store says your network is fine. Who will take responsibility for this problem

    Can't believe that we are Living in 21st century cause at my location there is zero signal of Airtel even after complaint to customer care & m gonna port my & my all family, neighbours numbers to another network. Vry disappointed @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence are you guys ever going to fix the problems with your wifi network or just keep giving lame excuses. It’s so poor quality I can’t even define. Every few minutes the speed drops to zero your support resets config and it works fine for a day the same

    @airtelindia I’ve been unable to reach customer support for several days. At the time of installation, I was assured that the service would be free for two months, after which payment would be required to continue using it, failing which the service would be discontinued. 1/2

    @airtelindia Dear Airtel its been more than 15 days since I raised the issue regarding non availability of Airtel network in Bahrain. I talked with your customer care no.of times & also msg them to resolve the issue but nothing is done. Request to resolve asap.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Two complaints, no resolution. SR 11027873160 closed without fix. SR 11028298784 pending. No technician visit despite commitments. Speed 1–7 Mbps vs 40 Mbps. This is service negligence. Disconnect & waive charges or escalating to @TRAI

    @airtelindia Pathetic. The first time I faced such an issue, I got to know a how customer unfriendly you are. I can only chat with you bot, wait endlessly, or talk to a CC who can only do escalation, which is what they are doing from 15 days.
