    Do NOT trust @airtelindia Do NOT use their services. It's been a week since I registered my complaint with #Airtel !! They make promises to resolve it within 24 hours and in my case it's been over 120 hours and they haven't even seen what the problem is. 1/3

    @airtelindia Data on My broadband connection ID is 075112554423 is,presetly,not in use due to we are out since oct2019.Still we continue pay bills.Last 2 bills are pending. We requested on 29/9/20 to cancel these bills &further stop we return & advise. Pl do as needed.

    @airtelindia Thank you for reverting. I don't have any problems as of now. But some time back I had an issue with 4G data which lasted for 3 months and I had to bear cost for those 3 months without even getting to use internet. Now b4 15 days of due date you give reminder calls is ridiculous.

    @airtelindia what a pathetic network service airtel has. Not able to get proper network latest 4g mobile inside house in IIT Bombay, Powai. Sent 3 service requests about this, but still problem still there. Network keeps on fluctuating, sometimes no network sometime 20%..

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence why don't you be proactive & diligent in bettering your services like you proactively follow-up on bill payment FIFTEEN DAYS prior to due date? You take 3 months to resolve simplest of issues till then the consumers have to bear the limitations.

    @airtelindia wanted to switch from post paid to pre paid. After visiting 3 galaries I guess it's better to port itself. Airtel service just not worth it.

    @airtelindia Was sold high speed Fiber plan & billed for same Fiber was not installed Paid for months higher charges , stopped when realised that , society does not have fiber Have emailed complaints, no resolution Disconnect 40101721 Expected better of Airtel

    @airtelindia This shows how considerate Airtel is. They're glad that the issue is resolved after 3 months. Your system generated responses need optimisation. Such responses end up infuriating consumers. "#airtel no thanks"

    Worst experience ever, typing mistake of team @airtelindia in mentioning coordinator email id and a corporate SIM card doesn’t get activated for more than a month, can’t even explain the issues faced. Disappointed with the service

    @airtelindia My broadband is not working since 7 oct. Have called cust care 7-8 times. Everytime 48 hrs time is given and my service request gets closed. No technician visited my home yet and didn't even call. Highly unpleasant experience. Kindly look into it urgently.

    @airtelindia Hi actually i bought airtel dsl fibre xstream broadband 2 months ago and due to technical and other line problems in my area the internet couldnt work so the connection was terminated but the refund of 4500 rs is due to be paid back to me but i didnt got till date
