Very poor service by @airtelindia. Getting spam messages and calls despite of DND with status active. Upon complain was told to call 1909 and the caller again told me call 1909 infact i was on call with same number. @consumerforum_

@airtelindia My problem of network issue from 6 months not solved only fake promises. We cannot even use whatsapp call as you have a best internet service which never works. Stop faking promises to people.

Fooling customer, e-sim only possible with postpaid as email I’d has 2 be updated. After paying ₹300 as activation charges, they give physical sim & saying it will take 24hrs & showed me a process, which can be done on a prepaid number also. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
