    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence there is an issue with airtel tv as in portrait mode there is no option to slide movie or vedio backward or forward its only available in landscape mode kindly rectify this software issue its is difficult to hold mobile all time with two hands

    ridiculous and senseless talk your emplyoees of powai galleria does! For activating and changing in plan is done on phone or your person come at our place for 1st service, but this time my requirement you cannot full fill.. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Worst customer care, even after 50 calls they were not able to resolve my Billing issue and atlast there customer blaming me for this. PLEASE DON'T USE AIRTEL BROADBAND. They are not delivering what they are promising faced a lot of problems during this pandemic due to broadband

    @airtelbank @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence And it took you 3-4 months to work on this basic request, nobody wait for this long, take this as feedback, it was poor service from your side if any basic thing takes this long. Even after sharing all the docs in one go in starting. I had to follow up zillion times.
