I just ported from Vi to airtel and there is No data coverage at all . Internet is not working at all, poor services as option of customer service number 121 to talk to an executive is also removed. Unhappy with the services. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia network issue raised 3 days before in New Palam Vihar GGN but i still receive that it will take 15 days to get resolution or a single call back discussing the issue details. **15days is a huge timeline** for waiting to get internet working!!

Have raised the complaint multiple times but no action was taken to resolve the network issue.If my parents wants to call someone first they have to go to terrace so that their call could go through & they can get the network. It’s the situation in NCR.

@airtelindia For the last 6 months, I m using an airtel fibre net. Seriously it is 3rd class speed and services. This is never expected from @airtelindia one of my friend using an excitel fibre net with a low package with incredible internet speed as compared to airtel. Dont choose airtel.
