If this is how @reliancejio @JioCare treats their customers, that too Senior Citizens then I wud ask them to pls cut off our connection.We were happy with @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia .Atleast they listen to the complaints. Will also urge all to go by service and not by name

So it’s day 5 of without internet connection . Even writing to the @Airtel_Presence nodal authority didn’t help . They offered me 200 gb data though . But what do I do with it if I am not connected . ! @airtelindia is finished . It’s just sad . #fail

We are replacing robots with humans @airtelindia ! Awesome training, they don't even utter a single diff word than "I can understand your issue, but our server got down, please call after 6 hours", even you say I want to have Pani Puri ,you get same response "I can understand.!

@airtelindia bad experience For new connection I paid 4000 Rs on 20 dec 2022 for new connection Airtel DTH and Airtel Fibre but No-one call me regarding Instalation. Many times call on customer care number but after that call no response And no refund issue. Very disappointed
