@airtelindia your DTH services are very poor, I went for it replacing my 6 years #Dishtv connection assuming that I will have better experience but seems that was a big mistake. The mobile app, customer care Services everything is poor. Wi have it replaced soon.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia huge thanks to your linesman Ramji in Gurgaon who not only fixed broadband problem but also called a day later to check if all was ok. On the other hand mobile network team has disappeared without resolving problem.

@stutiroy1 @airtelindia Switch to Jio. Been a Jio customer for over an year after spending 8 years with Airtel. Better speeds, no drops and better coverage, overall a far better experience. Best part, haven’t had to call the customer care for anything so far.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am suffering huge from last 10 months several time I have messaged, visit service centre as I am not receiving sms except from Airtel in my Airtel number. Is this a too tough situation to solve . You guys are not taking the problem seriously.
