@airtelindia I am your customer from last 14 years. I understand the lockdown situation and assigning an engineer to solve the issue related to internet, however, this engineer threatened me that why i didn’t call him instead of reopening the complaint on IVR. What a service.

@kingsidharth @airtelindia DND helps to reduce the calls, but still, you end up getting some spam, if you report, they end up saying the call/SMS was transactional in nature. Pixel used to help a lot with it
