If there is voting for Telecom company with worst customer service it will be @airtelindia without any doubt. They give fake engineer details, will send msgs of rescheduling on customer name even though custome is not requesting. Total fraud practice

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I filed a complaint on Friday for the broadband and they promised that it will be fixed by 7 pm, it’s Sunday now, there is no callback or follow up NEVER TAKE THE AIRTEL SERVICES IT SUCKS!!

First you raise request. Then after some days, you will message that you improved network in our area. @Airtel_Presence Done this 4 to 5 timez in 1.5 years, still network problem persists. 🙏🙏 There are no ways to talk to customer service @airtelindia
