    @abhishekbehl @Airtel_Presence Abhishek bhai; call them. You need to spend 15-20 min with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence customer care. They will help to do diagnosis. All help to remove junk files in your devices. It help. Try karo. (Thoda time lagana parega 😆)

    @airtelindia i have raised atleast 15 requests for a plan change of broadband on the airtel thanks app. Plan has still not been changed nor have i received any request number via sms.There is no way to reach out to customer service on IVR. Is this a joke of your reliable service

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @TRAI No network in around here since morning. FYI problematic areas falls in PIN CODE 122102, 122103. I doubt that your BST has failed in this area that’s why users in this area are receiving a message, “NOT REGISTERED ON THE NETWORK “

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews is it normal that existing users, if they want to upgrade for better service, have to apply for disconnection first and then reapply for a new one, if that's the case I would go for any other ISP provider in my area. 3

    @airtelindia many people including me are facing frequent disconnections and slow internet multiple times very day in sector 83 Gurgaon. Please fix this or I will have to move on from airtel!

    We are helpless as there is no option in our area other than BSNL. My gega fiber plan is of RS 1200 but still receive 2G kind of speed. BSNL's service is pathetic and unbearable. Dont loot customer's hard earned money. @airtelindia @JioCare @RailTel

    @airtelindia today I have visited at airtel store for issue new sim because old sim not working,but denied to issue because asking hard copy aadhar card , I having that time xero copy and aadhar and also show him our digilocker for verification of my aadhar.
