Continued @airtelindia My broadband service is not working from yesterday, but no one from the service team really cared about it. Now realising should have opted for some other broadband service provider. Hope will get some resolution asap.

Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence - I was a true value Airtel customer but you looted me. Yesterday my SIM was not working, so i went to a Airtel store today, and they said my new sim will not re-activate becoz my profile photo is outdated.

@airtelindia On call i have clearly mentioned i cannot travel due to medical reason but will send all the documents with my husband will that be a issue. It was said no and the sim will be handed over to him on spot but guess what on reaching the store it was clearly denied.
