My Airtel postpaid SIM is not working since 23rd March. No airtel center in Gangtok. Do something @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , I am paying my bills for last 2 months without using the number. Unable to do any banking transactions. Please arrange to send new SIM by post.

I am not getting internet from 14th July at my @airtelindia broadband 0359211651719_dsl.Informed ground team on 15th eve,they assure me to give services by 16th. Today the team came and told me that due to high power this issue arised and assure me that by today eve, it will work

@airtelindia Is Airtel customer care team manipulating the customer complaint raised via IVR. I believe system is to fool customer. My complaint raised on January 08, 2021 is not resolved yet, but my old complain no. is not traceable in Airtel system. This is how you manage TAT.

@airtelindia what pathetic customer service! If one wants a broadband connection, without checking if connection is possible in that area you create request and make the custom pay. After 1 week also you don’t provide the connection.
