    @airtelindia The internet has been shut down since 5th June, 2020. We raised the complaint thrice but still not resolved neither I received any call. Take immediate action on this.

    @airtelindia I am facing issue with broadband connection since last night.Wire has got disconnected from the main line. have raised a complaint 10047617889 the engineer assigned is neither coming to fix the issue nor replying in good tone abt estimated time. Pathetic behavior.

    @ICICIBank_Care @ICICIBank - first of all with @airtelindia provider your credit card customer service number is not free with unlimitted prepaid recharge. I have to recharge separately and it costs 5 rs every time i call without able to connect to actual person to talk.

    Also the customer care is not taking any proper action towards the assigned engineer's behavior and the broadband issue. The request estimated time in app has been increased by 1 hour and now it is increased till tomorrow. @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia our broadband service was interrupted from last 5 days,we have lodged complaints also,and they clarified it would be solve in 48 hrs but it is almost 5 days still no internet.Could you look into it,as we WFH facing a lot problems

    @airtelindia #Horrible customer experience you provide. Ticket21-15314914898 I had asked for an upgrade to fibre plan.On ground wire not changed but stillI am receiving inflated bills.I call to get it corrected..your people dont reply .MP Nodal& appelate don't respond.
