    My Airtel postpaid SIM is not working since 23rd March. No airtel center in Gangtok. Do something @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , I am paying my bills for last 2 months without using the number. Unable to do any banking transactions. Please arrange to send new SIM by post.

    @airtelindia I switched to Jio on this kind of your service, "Service Update:Due to a technical issue you may experience disruption on your Airtel Xstream Fibre.The expected time to resume your services is 21 Jan,5PM. We apologize for the inconvenience caused." Many on Queue!! 👍

    I am not getting internet from 14th July at my @airtelindia broadband 0359211651719_dsl.Informed ground team on 15th eve,they assure me to give services by 16th. Today the team came and told me that due to high power this issue arised and assure me that by today eve, it will work

    @airtelindia ! Will you please let us choose what we want? There are crores of customer who doesn't use more than half GB of data every day and don't talk too much. Bring some packs which will suit them. Like, 0.5 GB data and 100 mins of talktime per day, price may be 150 rupees

    @airtelindia Hi Team, I am currently in US and my number +91-7303718481 is on IR. I done the recharge of 14998 pack for 1 year IR on my cell phone. From past few days I am not getting signal in Columbus, IN... Can you please help me out to fix the issue?

    @airtelindia is the worst telecom company I have used till date. Paid for dth equipment twice, internet disconnects and only technician can save it. If payment I slate 1 min they cut the connections and charge extra but they will not pay for any inconvenience. Just a sorry is OK.

    With data pack available don’t know why @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence is deducting Rs 5 every half an hour. And on calling service centre there is no help.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I get it how you can advertise 0 service requests. When you do not even acknowledge a concern even after 3 days of contacting; how would there be anything to resolve at your end, correct ? This is absolutely disappointing customer experience.
