My Airtel postpaid SIM is not working since 23rd March. No airtel center in Gangtok. Do something @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , I am paying my bills for last 2 months without using the number. Unable to do any banking transactions. Please arrange to send new SIM by post.

@airtelindia Am using your airtel black plan for my wifi services. The internet download speed is 1mbps where as i was promised 200mbps initially. Its frustrating to even use this wifi to browse in google let alone attending meetings using the slow wifi. I want this checked asap.

@ViCustomerCare Your team says can't reverse wrong recharge . What's the use of customer care not happy with the service sy your end.. I am loosing my money for pathetic network. Other network providers like @airtelindia & @reliancejio do help us in such cases
