    My Airtel postpaid SIM is not working since 23rd March. No airtel center in Gangtok. Do something @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , I am paying my bills for last 2 months without using the number. Unable to do any banking transactions. Please arrange to send new SIM by post.

    I am not getting internet from 14th July at my @airtelindia broadband 0359211651719_dsl.Informed ground team on 15th eve,they assure me to give services by 16th. Today the team came and told me that due to high power this issue arised and assure me that by today eve, it will work

    @airtelindia Horrible customer service. No internet after a forced update to fibre from your end since 10 days due to order id not getting generated in your system. Backend team changing status to resolved even though I have an open ticket without permission. 10038400149

    I just got a new connection to Airtel Xtreme Fiber today and my internet has not started from the time of installation. I raised one service request (10040635905) for that but no one responded and closed that ticket also. This type of service is not expected from @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Pathetic service. Your sales executive Ankur Tiwari promised me Free 1st month trial of Fibre Broadband and asked me to pay Rs.590 but he did not processed my Airtel Black order hence a bill of Rs.1700 generated. 1/n
