The staff has kept it on postpaid status, and I’ve been waiting endlessly for a verification call that never comes. 1.What’s worse there’s absolutely no urgency, no accountability, and no clarity from anyone here. Every time I ask, I get vague responses or blank stares. Nobody seems to understand that this is not just an inconvenience, it’s a critical service delay. 2. @airtelindia , this is unacceptable. Customers should not have to waste hours at your store for something as basic as number activation. I am requesting immediate intervention to SORT THIS ON SPOT. 3. Real problem: 50-60% reservation staff who don’t want to work, don’t know how to work, don’t believe in giving service, and are highly corrupt. Because of this, BSNL will never grow like Airtel or Jio.

Why tun a service when all u want to do is scam people?? It a 1.5 gb pack took 12 hours to exhaust but 1gb just 20 min??
