    My Airtel postpaid SIM is not working since 23rd March. No airtel center in Gangtok. Do something @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , I am paying my bills for last 2 months without using the number. Unable to do any banking transactions. Please arrange to send new SIM by post.

    I am not getting internet from 14th July at my @airtelindia broadband 0359211651719_dsl.Informed ground team on 15th eve,they assure me to give services by 16th. Today the team came and told me that due to high power this issue arised and assure me that by today eve, it will work

    @airtelindia It’s been more than a week since the transaction for the recharge was done with the amount debited from Amazon pay (Order Id -P04-6022838-8487981) but the refund has not been processed yet. It’s absolutely frustrating that the CC is not bothered to resolve the issue.

    Do it ASAP, my recharge is going to expire soon and I shouldn't need to recharge again just to get a UPC. Why should I pay for the fault that isn't mine? Why shouldn't I port from a provider with such a 3rd class support system? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
