  I am not getting internet from 14th July at my @airtelindia broadband 0359211651719_dsl.Informed ground team on 15th eve,they assure me to give services by 16th. Today the team came and told me that due to high power this issue arised and assure me that by today eve, it will work

They are now struggling to reactivate the same numbers. The service center is demanding ₹2000 per SIM. This is how you care for your loyal senior customers?   @TRBRajaa @airtelindia Off late eh.. bro, it runs untill it runs. When you get into problem - they ll let you run from pillar to post.. one of the worst customer experience by far in my experience. Pls switch over to Jio or Vodafone.

  Disappointed with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence service. 4th major Fiber & Mobile outage in 6 months. Issues are lazily "resolved" remotely without sending a field engineer, only to crash again. 24hrs downtime kills office productivity. Need a permanent fix now!
