    My Airtel postpaid SIM is not working since 23rd March. No airtel center in Gangtok. Do something @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , I am paying my bills for last 2 months without using the number. Unable to do any banking transactions. Please arrange to send new SIM by post.

    I am not getting internet from 14th July at my @airtelindia broadband 0359211651719_dsl.Informed ground team on 15th eve,they assure me to give services by 16th. Today the team came and told me that due to high power this issue arised and assure me that by today eve, it will work

    @Nivedita_Shan @itgeniegroup @airtelindia Hamara mein dilli mein ni aata. WA call broadband se chalaate hein. Tens of time asked them. They have standard procedure to cool down such customer making him feel that they care and will solve your problem. But end result is they don't care.
