VoiceOfVamsi (@bjp4irani) reported@airtelindia Deplorable service. I paid the bill for an Air fiber connection and its the 3rd day and it hasn't been installed. No update or Input from your side and the installation team has been wrongly assigned. Pathetic service

Sujitt Kulkarni 🇮🇳 (@sujit2809) reported@Ajaykumaarji @airtelindia Price is never the problem, not even infrastructure. But senior officers of @BSNLCorporate are not honest & because of them, the clients don't get connectivity even in urban areas. No signal! The after sales service is poorest!

Nishant RAJ (@nishantraaj2) reported@Ajaykumaarji @airtelindia I have BSNL sim but where is the network ?
-
Shivam Shukla (@ShivamSifar) reportedDear @airtelindia, your network has never been great, but your service is somehow even worse. I paid for a Wi-Fi installation, got a confirmed time slot, and waited the entire day—yet nobody showed up. This is the third time this has happened to me. @Airtel_Presence

poobesh (@pbshgthm) reportedIt’s kind of insane how predatory some brands have become. @airtelindia makes it easy to switch from prepaid to postpaid through the app. But if you want to go from postpaid to prepaid, you have to visit a store. The friction is very obviously intentional. @FurlencoSupport sent me the wrong product, and apparently there’s no support team I can actually reach to fix it. And I’d bet most people in your circle don’t have a great opinion of them either. What’s frustrating is that I actually like the services these companies offer. I just don’t know where things went so wrong. Is it just me, or are Indian consumers slowly becoming the frog in boiling water, quietly accepting progressively worse service? I don’t have a problem paying more for good service. But making basic support difficult and deliberately adding friction when it benefits the company is just yuck. I also hate that there isn't a way for normal consumers to do anything about it and the brands keep getting away.

naveen (@NameisNaveeen) reported@airtelindia Now that they have installed only Wifi router and not installed settop box. We have to wait and suffer for few more days. Never expected this kind of sevice from you @airtelindia

IBM (@indubhushan81) reported@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Extremely disappointed with the way this billing issue is being handled. Incorrect roaming charges were levied on my number during my Bhutan travel, and despite raising the issue, Airtel Customer Care is refusing to reverse the charges. What kind of customer service is this? If incorrect charges can be levied, customers should at least get a fair review and resolution instead of being forced to pay them. Please have the concerned senior team review this immediately, reverse the incorrect roaming charges, and resolve the matter at the earliest.
