  Hi @airtelindia, I’m facing an issue using my NCMC metro card for transactions at the metro. Despite having sufficient balance and being a regular commuter, the card isn’t working properly. It shows a message saying “do not remove the card immediately” though I’m holding it (1/2)

  I’m sure that, your customers will come to below 100 very soon @airtelindia especially in our area. Then you can permanently shutdown the mobile tower. Which already shutting down evey day when power cut. Also with 5G - 4 mbps speed, 1 bar indoor coverage. Such a shame.

  @airtelindia 4 days of unplanned outage in kanpur since 10 April. Customer care only gives fake 1AM/5PM ETA'S. I pay for 3 connections. This is harassment. Fix now or I will report to TRAI. A/C- Ankit Dixit (9810326496)
