    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Request No.- 10962393228 to shift Wi-Fi is pending for more than a week. Have called customer care thousand times no help. Technician is not showing up. Cancel my connection or send someone to setup.

    @airtelindia Need little help. Is there anyway or anyplan with which I could use at least 500GBs mobile data in a month? Tried reaching a customer care but they couldn't give a resolution. I dont want to use 2 sim cards. I see 300 GB limits for both prepaid and postpaid.

    @airtelindia can you please stop sending me daily reminders for a ₹600 bill every day for a week which is due in another 4 days, and rather work on the issue that's been open since 2024. You okay with failing to provide basic services, but are very adamant about ₹600?? SHAME

    @airtelindia and @JioCare @reliancejio - I dont get phone signals at home that too in a city like Bangalore. I am tired of complaining . What is this ? Such a worst service by both the so-called top service providers.

    Dear @airtelindia, after multiple unresolved service failures, repeated follow-ups (15+ calls), a failed IPTV migration that suspended my DTH, billing confusion, unresolved WiFi UPS warranty despite invoices and poor customer ownership, I have finally cancelled my Airtel Black AC

    @ETNOWlive @airtelindia @SumitaKareer Promised an Airtel connection in Chennai within 2 days. It’s been 4+ days. Equipment is installed but not activated, internet isn’t working, and despite multiple calls, there’s no resolution or even a complaint reference number.     @airtel_presence @airtelindia WiFi has the worst disconnection process. No online cancellation, multiple support calls, repeated questions, and constant attempts to avoid processing the disconnection. Cancelling a service shouldn't be this hard.
