@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia airtel DTH service was very bad. They charge Rs 160 for every visits, your problem was solved or not . I raise complain with Set Top Box , i told for new STB but your agent come with old . He not solved my problem. After that airtel deducte Rs 160

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I applied for airtel xtreme fiber for my home wifi on 31st Oct. Since then 3 diff ppl have visited the site but i am without connection as on 8th nov. Still this is not acceptable. Payment done. Still no service. Such degradation.

and When I saw and called them, they told me to pay in first week of October,2021 but now they are not picking up my calls nor replying messages. I am using @airtelindia for its good customer service, but don't like these kind of things.
