  @airtelindia Your customer service is ******* frustrating. My Airtel Fiber is down, your IVR is useless, and your service technicians don’t even pick up calls. After this bullshit, I’m switching to JioFiber. I genuinely request people to think twice before choosing Airtel Fibre.

  @SavanChopra @airtelindia Agree. The costliest package and terrible internet. Engineers come and go and nothing changes. The ok much fad and profile.

  @JioCare DM is not working, Please check network recent issue. Otherwise PORT is the last option @airtelindia . 851116 (Pin code) Recently (since 4 days) network got interrupted in heavy rain, still not working. All Jio users are in trouble in township. @reliancejio

  @Neend_Ki_Rani @airtelindia A recharge confirmation and reminder should not create confusion. If the customer has already recharged, the system should check the active plan before sending another recharge message. Good communication should make things clear, not confusing.
