    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My airtel Sim was damaged as ur customer care on 19.3.2023. I visited airtel store in Kharagpur( Inda) ( West Bengal) I gave my original adhar card completed all formalities but new Sim card was not activated.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have requested for connection resolution. Slot which I selected was immediately i.e 11 am. But engineer assigned is at 1.30 pm. And under open incident it will assigned by 23rd March. Advantage of black ? Ticket - 10154341145. Whf is impacted.

    @airtelindia kindly look into matter that at my location from previous 4 days there is always uncertainty of network very bad network connectivity not a single person facing this issue whole area facing this.. issue from previous 4 days..no response from @airtelindia kindly look.

    @airtelindia I had a fiber connection and I requested to cancel. It got disconnected and the router was taken from your team on 28th feb now the refund amount of 2192.85 INR isn’t initiated it’s almost going to one month. I didn’t get any call from customer care for the refund.

    Hello @airtelindia , I am requesting since last six months for fibre connection but your corrupt local agents are denying me service. They're offering everyone local broadband even where Airtel fibre is available. Please take immediate action and help me getting fibre.
