One of the most pathetic service & response from local executive. My broadband is not working from 4 days and the excuses that I have been getting is absolutely non-sense. Every day these ppl are asking to wait for 1 more day. Useless service. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia The Wi-Fi connection at my house is not working since yesterday morning.I contacted the service centre.They are just delayed from yesterday 11:21pm to today 12:30pm then 2:21pm and now 5:21pm.Due to this,I suffered a loss of 500rs. So,Cover the cost and solve issue.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia today deputed his service engineer to attend SR no.65634346, DTH-3017767213. He has charged Rs.150 as visiting fee. On being asked specifically, service engineer has not given me payment receipt for the same. His contact number is 91-9997545136.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence - Pathetic service. Getting too many calls for adv. & bill payment. But no calls for ticket resolution when internet is not working. Initial ETA given was 1 day. It's crossed 2 days ...now calling customer care says 2 more days without a reason.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia lol! I got a text from you that you have resolved my issue, but I'm still facing the same problem. I'm not able to watch @PrimeVideo on #airtel, few other websites are also not working! This is sad, stop giving us automated replies and work on the real issue.
