    @airtelindia It has come to my notice that a photo of some other person is registered for my number with my KYC! Which is the reason I’m unable to replace my damaged sim! This is a #fraud with the customer as well as @DoT_India it’s gross negligence of #TRAI norms #Airtelfraud

    @JioCare Jio is ready to help me port instantly, but Airtel is still checking my data issue for days. I’ve done a yearly recharge valid till Oct 2026, and this is the level of support? No clarity, no resolution just delays. This is exactly how you push loyal users to switch. @airtelindia
