@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia please it's a humble request, have your customer relations team trained in languages they are comfortable with...I feel bad for them when they are not able to converse in English but accepting customer calls...why should I waste my time???

@airtelindia You broadband services have been very inconvenient to me. I have to complain everyday on 121 to get my connection working. After every complaint all I hear is "you'll get permanent resolution this time" but the promises are never fulfilled. #airtelxtremefiber
