@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have raised a request to upgrade my broadband connection from copper to fiber on 7th April 2021. Customer care told me that it will be done in 7 days, and I will receive a follow-up call soon. Today it's 18th but still I haven't listen from anyone.
