I paid for an airtel fiber connection on 27th Dec and opted for the 999₹ plan for 3 months. They said the installation will happen in a day or two. 15 days has been passed since then and they have yet not installed it. This is such a poor service @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

Worst customer care service ever I have seen @airtelindia, I have replaced my SIM but still isn't got activated and I tried to reach customer care, it's a looping process there's no option to connect executive #airtelscam
