  I am not able to perform simple task using @airtelindia network. You can't talk to their customer care and even after registration of complaint on their app @airtelindia doesn't solve your problem.

  @airtelindia I've been waiting for your slackers to fix an issue for the past 1.5 months. And the only response that they come up with is "We regret the inconvenience caused due to delay on your request". Does it come as a surprise to you to learn that airtel is a sinking ship?

  @airtelindia Imagine the frustration when you’re connected with #4GHotspot and then the network goes off all of a sudden (or switched from 4G to 2G), but then it works flawlessly when the SIM is in mobile, all when you’re a stone’s throw away from a tower. #BadCustomerExoerience
