    @airtelindia frequent internet disruptions in our area (Velachery, Chennai). Poor infrastructure from Airtel. No internet since morning (Customer ID: 044102858520_tn). No one bothered to visit and fix the issue yet.

    @airtelindia am nt able to use the broadband since mrng. The router shows a red LOB signal. I tried rchng out to local representative for my society bt none of thm hve visited or responded but have gvn num of extrnl vendor. The response from your team has so far been pathetic

    @airtelindia when I ordered Airtel prepaid broadband Connection your service provider told me that there is a Security charge and 1 months plan charge total of 1589 and fiber wire changes is 1000. Now I want to disconnect the broadband connection and get to my SC money back.

    What a monopoly of bharti airtel simcard automatically off . Even it's a having the validity and credit. Now nearest store people is asking 200 rupees.Very bad service. @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence
