    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my airtel not is discontinued because of a document issue which i don't understand as the sim was activated in 2016 and linked with the aadhar card with biometrics. And how come it got deactivated after 5 yrs that too without any intimation.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Customer care says SIM card upgrade to 4G SIM is free. But Airtel office in Palladam, Tamil Nadu asks Rs.100.

    I will never recommend anyone to buy an @airtelindia internet connection. All they care about is eating up all your money like the professional parasites they are & not providing you with the service that they promise. I'd rather go back to the stone age & start using BSNL again.
