Fine @Airtel_Presence, you've made me question my decision to port from @ViCustomerCare to @airtelindia. I was wrong to think I'd get better service in airtel. You guys seem worse. You don't even respond here. Fine, dropped the idea of switching to Airtel.

@airtelindia plz check for staff available for maintenance of broadband in Bathinda Punjab 151001. There is only one engg who takes care of breakdown. I was promised 4 hour resolution of any fault,but i got visited after 8 hours & 4 calls Yet no resolve, it will be done 2morrow
