@airtelindia dear airtel, my no.8866200088 . I m facing network issue since 3-4 month in ghatlodiya,Ahmedabad. I have called customer care more then 8 times in these 4 months but still no resolution. Hope you would be helpful or i need to port Airtel service because of poor net.

@airtelindia really poor Customer Service from your end, 48+ hours since the issue is faced, multiple calls to Customer Care and emails but no response over emails nor received any satisfied answer from CSR. Your feature of callback from CSR is a total bluff these days.

Pathetic service by @airtelindia log a call regarding digital TV "unable to receive signals" problem, got a call from Airtel that technician is on the way, but after 3 hrs nobody turned up. The mobile number from which I have received the call is switched off. Very irresponsible

.@AirtelIndia issues were resolved for my parents 10 days after phone calls broke from loss of connectivity. They got a Jio SIM+basic JioPhone in frustration. They got no tech support from Airtel for 10 days via Twitter/email. It cost them ₹1600. So @Airtel_Presence DOESN'T CARE
