@TRAI, After tired of @VodafoneIN network, finally I moved to @airtelindia and also paid extra for premium number, but still after 48 hrs sim is not activated. And both companies claims themselves #1, After seeing all this I see bright future of @reliancejio, congrats in advance.

@airtelindia really poor Customer Service from your end, 48+ hours since the issue is faced, multiple calls to Customer Care and emails but no response over emails nor received any satisfied answer from CSR. Your feature of callback from CSR is a total bluff these days.

Called @JioCare @reliancejio to explain the problem but they showed no interest no intent to solve or understand. Pure laziness and carelessness by @JioCare forcing people to switch back to @airtelindia or @VodafoneIN which offer excellent network and superior customer service

@airtelindia Whenever the light goes out, your network disappears, meaning if I want to find out whether there is government electricity yes or not, there is no need to see the meter, if Airtel is not signal in the mobile, it does not even mean light.
