@airtelmalawi pathetic customer service by @airtelindia broadband. They transfer your address on your own and charge unnecessary fees and hidden charges. Customer service agents do not respond to your queries, they are abusive and all they care about is bill payment.

Very poor experience with @excitel_rocks since day 1. Today no interment from 5 hour and after multiple customer care calls - no resolution. Time to switch to @airtelindia it seems. Hopefully Internet will be better. Network I’m already suffering. #poor_coverage
