@airtelindia My Airtel broadband connection shifting request is pending since 17/11/2021. My landline number is 08689450043 Every time I call customer care they said within 24 hours my request will be resolved. But 20 days passed still not resolved and my plan getting expired.

@DhivCM @airtelindia Could be due to two things. One - old sim Card. Two - Phone. I was using a Moto phone and had been having this issues. I switched to Samsung and it works better including 4G speed.
