    @airtelindia Now, the mobile internet is so bad that I can even attend an online meeting properly which I have paid for 50 gb. One problem is to stop the advertisement of broadband if u r not able to provide for a certain area. You say Imphal and u can't provide certain areas nice.

    @airtelindia Why it's not allowed to talk to customer care. 121 or 198 , your IVR is irritating and not working as per the instructions. It's really annoying to reach out for your worst service and complaint.

    Hello @Airtel_Presence /@airtelindia my SIM suddenly got dead and I applied duplicate SIM card for activation in Chennai (Anna Nagar) branch. It's been almost a months time since 2nd new SIM card was issued but it isn't activated yet. Can Airtel help me prioritize my case ?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence What kind of support executives you have, they don't listen to issue but only speak what they want to. I asked info of changing sim for my grandfather age 100+ yr and can't visit store, but he continued with go to Airtel office and ask everything.

    @airtelindia I am facing internet and calling issue since one day. All my work is disrupted due to your pathetic service. Neither I am able to use internet nor make nor recieve any calls. Is this what I pay huge recharge amounts for? For this kind of service?
