    @airtelindia I've placed a disconnection request for my broadband connection in the month of june and it was told to me that I'll get my refund back after 45days it's been almost 60 days but no refund received yet. Help me out please.

    @airtelindia @NPCI_NPCI @NPCI_BHIM I am Airtel payments Bank aeps retailer. I've tried to withdraw 6,060rs from customer account. The transaction got failed Amount debited from customer account. Not credited to my wallet. Customer didn't get a refund till Today.
