    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Extremely frustrated with your network! I recently ported in and recharged for an entire year, only to face constant call drops and no internet connectivity. Regretting the switch already. Please fix this ASAP!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews extremely disappointed by the level of customer service offered by Airtel execs in Sector 49 Gurugram. Despite being a loyal Airtel Black customer, unable to get my wifi fixed after 3 days of constant waiting and follow ups. Pathetic!

    Airtel wifi must have to the worst service I've seen for any product! I've been calling their customer service for days now. My internet is not working. They keep telling me they they'll resolve it yet nothing happens!!! I don't know if it's like this everywhere in India but it's really bad in Kochi. @airtelindia

    Airtel Black customer. I want to permanently disconnect my Airtel Wi-Fi and mobile postpaid service. Customer care is not helping. My mobile was disconnected after 1 day of payment delay. Pprocess disconnection, final bill and UPC for porting. Urgent.@airtelindia @airtelindiahelp

    @airtelindia I recharged with an Unlimited 4G + 5G pack, but the internet speed is terrible. Getting just 0.97 Mbps download and 8.61 Mbps upload. Please check the network/tower in my area and fix this ASAP. #Airtel #AirtelIndia
