    @airtelindia has the worst customer service. They do wrong commitment by suggesting lesser bill amounts. Cx support is non existent even for Black customers. Never get Airtel plan, Jio is far superior!

    It has been over a month since I flagged erratic internet with @airtelindia. But till now, I have only received text that the issue has been ‘resolved’ without any resolution. Is this the way of passing off customer’s grievances?

    @airtelindia has the most hopeless customer care and customer support service.I have called them several times regarding my recharge and Amazon Prime membership activation,but for the last 15 days they have just been playing games instead of resolving my issue....

    @airtelindia 2/3 The moment my 30GB was exhausted, my internet became practically unusable—even on a 5G phone in a 5G coverage area. If the add-on includes "Unlimited 5G," why does the service become unusable after the base data is consumed?

    @Airtel_Presence I have already emailed the provided email ID, but I'm only receiving automated bot replies. No one is addressing my actual issue. Can you please arrange a call from your support team so this can be resolved? This is getting very frustrating. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Is this your service, from the last 24 hours your team is unable to fix the wifi issue in my locality. Every time I connect they tell me it will be fixed in 2 hours. Now it's more than a day.

    @airtelindia unable to make / receive calls and access internet from my Airtel mobile network in my home. Incidentally, airtel wifi works fine here. What's the catch? @TRAI
