    Dear @airtelindia , My Wi-Fi installation slot was scheduled for 11:30 AM, but no engineer has arrived. The assigned engineer is continuously ignoring both my calls and calls from the nearest Airtel Store as well. This level of service is extremely disappointing.

    @airtelindia i just ported-in, my SIM got activated last night. I paid the guy who did the porting ₹299 for recharge, but it shows me I have no recharge. I called the guy, he says there was some issue and it will get done in some time, but nothing. What am I supposed to do now?

Despite trying to contact your customer care every day, I have been unable to connect with your support team. As a result, my issue remains unresolved, and I am facing significant inconvenience due to the lack of internet service.     @airtelindia @airtelbank @RBI Team Airtel Payments Bank, Can anyone please tell me when my complaint will be resolved bringing an end to this nonsense which has been going on for close to a month? Really regretting the decision to open the account in probably this 'LOUSIEST' bank ever.

    Hello @airtelindia My Wi-Fi has been down for 7 days. I’ve raised multiple complaints on the Airtel app, but there’s been no response. Customer care isn’t answering, and the store staff can’t provide any update. If the cable is damaged who will repair it and when? #disgusting
