    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My Airtel Xstream Fiber has been down since the morning of 10 July 2026. I've called customer care twice with no support, the Airtel Thanks app won't let me register a service request, service is extremely poor and unacceptable.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews Hi, your service request 11034672968 has been assigned to engineer Ajit Korade (07947492923). He will contact you on 11-Jul-2026 between 02:30 PM - 03:30 PM. It's been 4 days the internet is down and we are waiting for some respite.

    @airtelindia From last 24 hours our wifi is not working. Recently pole was changed by electricity department due to which connectivity lost. Jio came and installed it's connection. But 24 hours had been passed no Airtel person came to visit or check the connections. Worst service
