    @airtelindia, Day 7 of contacting customer support. Approximately the 15th call. Still no fix. One of the worst broadband providers I’ve experienced—poor connectivity, no accountability, and endless follow-ups with no resolution. The Wi-Fi is absolute crap. Enough is enough

    @airtelindia I had submitted all the documents at Erode store for duplicate SIM as my husband’s was damaged a WEEK ago they still don’t even have a case number generated. Poor management and no sense of customer emergency! Pathetic ! Please help! @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Think 100000 times before taking Airtel Wifi Connection. Worst company in this world. Miserably & shamelessly failed to wifi services in Noida Sector 41 since 3 days. Shameless company with ethic less management!!!

    @airtelindia - your network has gone to the drain off late. I cannot get proper network in my area, forget about using internet. Same issue in the office location as well. I dont know for what purpose should I use your service. Totally pathetic.
