    I doubt if @airtelindia is listening to customer greavences. When you call cc u r asked to launch a complaint by using the app even if it is ment for "no internet service". No option to speak to the customer or care executive.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia after asking for dm u are not even contacting me my sim is out of service since 3-4 days I am not able to get Otp or use any facilities. If u are not able to provide any resolution then tell me I'll port it to another telecom Company.

    Wow! This is surprising. Unless I will tag @airtelindia and let them know how poor network issues i am facing, till then @Airtel_Presence doesn't cares. Only tagging them alone will not do the job. #poorcustomerservice #poornetwork
