Constant rescheduling, the technician never shows up for installation, and there’s zero accountability. funny how they’re always prompt when it comes to accepting payment - but the moment you pay, they disappear. does anyone know who can help?

  @airtelindia pls don’t use Airtel AirFiber.don’t give consistent speed. Custcare doesn’t care shamelessly say for 100mbps plan expected is 50mbps always say complaint raised & tech will come tmrw (nevercomes). 100 Mbps plan gives ~50 Mbpsthat too inconsistent. Wasted money, DON'T

This kind of greed and neglect is exactly what killed giants like Nokia. With pathetic customer service and a careless attitude, Airtel is walking the same path to downfall

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I’ve called support 20+ times by now, raised multiple tickets as well. Every single time, ticket gets closed without resolution and I’m told to raise a new one again. Feels like starting from zero each time.
