    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hi,Here is a major network problem in our area tower,we are doing complaint since last 5 days but there is no solution till now,plz solve our area networkproblem.Otherwise here will be almost 300 customer will bycott airtel sim.

    Living in Southern Winds Layout near Parappana Agrahara Central Prison. @airtelindia drops to "No Service" within 5 mins due to jail jammers overpowering the spectrum. Even basic OTPs & emergency calls fail. @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India please provision the local mini-towers here!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia recently someone in our Society who knew an airtel guy, leveraging his personal connections fiddled with the nearby tower and now we are left is no network. Previously we used to get at least 2 bars. Now, nothing. Nada. Zilch. Please help urgently

    @iamviren7 @airtelindia This is misleading and unfair to users who are paying for an unlimited 5G service. Airtel should clearly explain the terms instead of making customers pay extra every day.     @airtelindia pathetic service from your technical team. I had raised a request for shifting a connection in Kuppanur Coimbatore and your technician Mr Radhakrishnan says that he's busy in meetings and can come only on 31st . Is this what we pay for ? Shiva Subramaniam 9908621616

    2/3 @airtelindia 1. Call drops occur more than 3 times during a single call. 2. At least 5โ€“6 times a day, my phone suddenly shows โ€œEmergency Calls Onlyโ€ or zero network. 3. The network automatically returns after 15โ€“20 minutes, without any explanation.
