    @airtelindia 24 hours have elapsed. Ported mobile number not yet activated. Custumer Care calls take you on a loop. Only option is to go again to service centre. What is the use????

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I’ve tried reporting this issue multiple times but you guys are only interested to connect to a human for sales, not for support. International roaming plan activated on a number and it’s not working. It’s been 3 months.

    @ViNewsOfficial Vi needs to come up with an economical plan or seperate ₹300–400/year plan just to keep the SIM active. A creative, customer-friendly plan could help them win back their customer base. Right now, @JioCare and @airtelindia are simply exploiting customers with expensive plans.

    @airtelindia @airtelindia Not only has your service team failed to show up despite repeatedly rescheduling my Wi-Fi appointment, but there is absolutely no response to my complaint on Twitter either. This is not the level of service expected from Airtel.

    @airtelindia Brilliant service. Raising a request (31-1000016065784) today results in a resolution date two weeks out on 17/09/2026. Are you dispatching carrier pigeons to fix the tower, or should I just migrate to the Stone Age now?
