    @airtelindia You are busy on social media, come on the ground to provide good experience to your old customers (11 yrs). My internet Wifi is down for last 3 days. Complaint (#10057413010) escalated but solution yet. Your IVR is pathetic.

    hey @airtelindia, my Indian SIM while in Germany is failing to connect with either of your German partners Telefonica(o2) or Vodafone, this happened after I activated monthly IntlRoaming pack, I can't call Indian customer care from here, any solutions?

    @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia even after your multiple assurance for best support, still issue is not resolved. How many times do I need to request for your support again & again ? This is really a failure of Airtel and no one is taking responsibility to resolve it.

    @airtelindia I was a postpaid user since 2012. Since few days I'm a prepaid user and I recharged my no for 269Rs-1GB data, unlimited calls. After 2days, the same plan is available at 209Rs. But my number is still in old plan. You are really bad at managing the existing customer.

    @Airtel_Presence Despite paying the bill ,Our phones are not working. This is absolutely unfair. Initially you did not send the bill, after lot of F up ,We got the bill and paid on the same day. I think we made a big mistake by moving from Vodafone to Airtel..@airtelindia @TRAI
