    @airtelindia since 4-days there is no internet. When try contacting Customer Care, it doesn't allow to raise compliant instead IVRS menu alone comes. Bad @Airtel_Presence and bad service

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have recharged my xstream fiber with 499 plan but got only 28 days validity, I have contacted support team several times but unfortunately got no resolution till now, please I request you to solve this to the earliest, waiting for your fast reply

    @netflix @airtelindia : referring to the jacket in today's ET, the ad shows Netflix's logo in the Airtel Xstream Fiber plan. However, when I called up Airtel customer care, they denied provided Netflix as part of the plan. Can you clarify?
