    @airtelindia terrible service you are not able to resolve a ticket for 2 weeks and your so called premium black support person name Pavan in Bangalore says he doesn’t care if 200 houses disconnect from airtel. Great customer service !

If you expect us to pay on time, we expect you to deliver on your promises. Fairness should work both ways. More than 2weeks, facing issues.

    @airtelindia 3.5 days without internet and counting. Raised a complaint, called customer service - no resolution. Technician was supposed to visit and he never showed up. Unacceptable for a paid service. #Airtel #CustomerService #networkoutage

    Hi @airtelindia, I recharged for unlimited 5G. But after using 8 GB, internet doesn't work. It seems to be very irritating. Why are you limiting data usage even in unlimited pack. Don't excuse poor network because I'm able to use upto 5+GB

    What a pathetic bunch of losers @airtelindia I have a unlimited pack valid till next month, I had some issue so I had to call the customer care IVR, when I requested to speak to a agent, I was told I had a low balance. Wtf is this??? Do I need to topup with talktimes despite...
