    Absolutely the most horrific customer service experience with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence last 2 days, it is so unfortunate that Indian companies never manage to keep up a consistently uniform experience

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Internet down since last Friday. Multiple complaints raised—each time promised resolution in 5–6 hrs, but still no fix. No engineer visits yet, and calls now disconnect saying “update ongoing.” This is extremely frustrating. Please resolve ASAP.
