  Idk why am I rechargin for @airtelindia data packs anymore. There's no network connection even in peak areas of Bangalore. Every normal call switches to wifi call. Min recharge is 1.5 gb per day which goes waste coz wifi Switched from @JioCare to this only to face the same issue.

  @airtelindia Absolutely unacceptable service! My Airtel DTH has been not working for an unreasonably long time. Instead of actually resolving the issue, the responsible person kept updating/extending the SLA repeatedly. Now, no one is even picking up the calls.

  @airtelindia SINCE LAST 6YEARS Airtel is unable to activate Landline service wheras all other services such as Fiber optic, broadband, xtream tv, cctv, etc.. are available... very disappointedand no on reploes when it will get started... its written in plan still they r not activ

  @airtelindia Your wifi is not working for the past 3 days in Gurgaon sector 54. We keep getting the "sorry, we are fixing the issue" reply constantly but there is no resolution. This issue is there in the entire area. What is this customer service!??

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I’ve already shared all the details in DM. This isn’t a minor inconvenience anymore the slow internet is seriously hampering our office productivity and disrupting work. We’re paying for a 300 Mbps plan, yet struggling with basic connectivity and upload speeds.
