    Failure @airtelindia for putting me to the state of mental agony, for Just booking Airtel Black+DTH service. Made a booking on 28th Sep. Its been 17days no connection is established. 17days I must have called more than 15times. ultimately you cancelled. #zero value for customer

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your customer care says we dont have Invoices for prepaid, are you kidding me? We pay GST on recharge. I have downloaded an invoice before from the app, And there are issues with your app that is not reflecting the recharge receipt on the app.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence its been more than 14 days i applied for airtel broadband still no response came from ur team i think i should opt for jio fiber instead of Airtel fiber.i tweeted my issue more than 10 times still same reply came that ur issue will be solved shortly

    @airtelindia I m not getting any 5G option, called customer care yesterday and he was like just sitting on the chair to give a message to call in the morning. Worst services and customer service as well.
