    Hey Airtel ! I don’t know what’s going on but from yesterday (18/03/2023, Monday ) we are not able to use Internet connection, there are three Airtel sims in my house with full validity and Internet is not working on any of them. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    I called up Airtel customer care and was kept on hold for 11 mins while listening to their annoying tune and then they cut the call saying their customer executives are busy and I should call later. Such pathetic services are not what I had expected @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    It's been 35 hours my mobile internet connection not working at my home even i have 3 more Airtel connections postpaid and prepaid those are also showing no internet connection @airtelindia talking about 5g service but your 4g network is not working particularly in my area

    Hello @airtelindia Your broadband services have been down since last night. When you have some repairs ongoing, why is it that customers have to raise a ticket to be told about it? Just drop a message telling network is down to xyz and to be fixed by abc.
