he converted my existing @airtelindia mobile number to postpaid. I had a plan valid for a year for the same number. I asked him to revert it immediately, however he was not able to do it. Now my Prepaid sim is dead and there is no network because of this organized nuisance. 3/5

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hello, due very frequent disconnection of my internet, not being fixed even after multiple complains over last 6 months. Network outages for which Airtel doesn't compensate, i raised a disconnection request with you complain centre. 1/n
