    @rahulpnwr12 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence As all private sector players such as telecom, ecomm, banks have become very profitable so now they are employing friends and relatives.. Their customer care and escalation is useless.. I had so many experiences with icici, upstox.. They don't care for business anymore..

    @airtelindia @airtelcustomer @Airtel_Presence -it seems Airtel customer and other are sleeping, they request me to send DM number 3 hrs before, after that no any reply, plus I call customer care and visited office to resolve my issue, until now progress

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence I don't want your service. Can you please refund my money. at least I thought you are good company and the service but that's not my expectations. I have paid an amount of 1500 which I want a refund as soon as possible. I want my money.

    @airtelnews @airtelindia @airtelnews Big scam. First fix and call me. My 5G unlimited is never working even in prime cities. Rubbish. People don't fall to this scam. Many complaints but no one bothered.

    @airtelindia or downgrading from postpaid WiFi to prepaid an absolute nightmare, because you’ve convinced yourselves that exhausting and frustrating customers is an effective business strategy. How pathetic must your service be that you have to weaponize inconvenience just to squeeze money?
