    @airtelindia you all are increasing prices of internet plans but you are not giving the services as expected according to price. No Network in underground metros. No Network in some cluster areas of delhi. Please try to resolve it ASAP,but please 🙏 don't hike prices again.

    @airtelindia Very poor service as always . Yesterday i have changed my sim but that is still not activated even after 12 hours . Now both sim are switched off. Please start is as quick as possible.

    @Airtel_Presence update !! thanks @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence for making me wait 4 more 48 HRS..what a great service yesterday got call from yr executive.which i wasn't able to pick ..then i called back ..& he said he is coming 2 check..but no one turned up..i called again but no reply. 🙃

    Its been 50 hrs and there is no resolution.There is no attempt being made to solve the issue.Such callous attitude is unheard of in the service industry.@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @AjayChitkara2 Please tell me how to cancel the connection and apply for a refund.

    I have made a recharge on 13th June 8:28am from airtel app to 9121560927 the amount is deducted from my card but the recharge is unsuccessful,but still the money is not refunded. I didn't expect this kind of service from you its been almost 48hrs. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
