  @airtelindia I have requested for my wifi relocation. pickup date was on 26th July, till now no partner has been assigned. And escalation team is saying that I have to take the router myself to the new location whereas the customer executive saying that the partner will pick up.

  @airtelindia The chatbots on the Airtel app are useless. It doesn't solve the problem, nor does it forward my request to the customer service. Even the helpline number 121 is useless. Here too, the automated system neither solves my issue nor forwards my issue.

  @airtelindia why airtel called priority service...I faced no coverage into my home after taken new airtel postpaid. No priority service provided by the company.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Issue in Cast using Airtek wifi since longtime and customer service is not helping. Router was changes from ZTE to NOKIA for frequent internet disconenciton issue and that create this new problem and team is not helping at all.

  @airtelindia Pathetic network in gurgaon. Not able to make calls. Multiple call drops and poor network. It's high time now. Despite multiple complaints, no resolution and no visit. It's time to port to Jio or VI. They are far better. Won't recommend anyone.

  Despite being postpaid customer..my phone doesn't gets connected at once..always there is a network issue.. however other network like jio works fine in my home.. kindly rectify the issue @airtelindia
