    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your customer care called me to recharge for the ₹1179 200Mbps plan, promising 1 month extra validity Almost a month has passed since the recharge, but I still haven't received it. I've raised this via multiple emails and calls but no resolution yet

    Never ever choose @airtelindia Wifi services. Worst service!! Pathetic customer support. More importantly, they smartly get their entire amount initially and later just ignore clients. Choose any other WiFi option but never this ! You will regret it forever. #AirtelScam

    Wow @airtelindia , I made a simple request to your service team. I wanted a technician to visit to understand the problem as remote diagnostics are not working. They said no indirectly. Now when I ask certain services to be taken off Airtel Black , they are not able to handle.

    @airtelindia I wanted to port My number from Jio to Airtel prepaid but your airtel store was keen to sell costlier postpaid only. They have even said that porting airtel prepaid is facing problems. Is your revenue so down that the employees have to say such lies?

    @narendramodi sir, unemployment is not the problem of India, the problem is irresponsible employed ppl like in @airtelindia no one feels responsibility to be accountable for the work done. May be Airtel is not paying employees sufficient,so everyone is like passing time.
