I discontinued my broadband connection in dec then why u people r charging for it, I paid all dues nd connected with u guys for the discontinuation nd u gave me confirmation for the same. Router has been also collected. Need urgent help @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have ported my vodafone number into airtel for speedy internet. But this is like day dreaming bcz the day I have ported your network is so poor in our area that I am not able to make even phone calls. Disappointed.
