    In certain areas of Simbhaoli, Distt. Hapur (UP) you are unable to provide better network facility, there's very much need of a tower here for better network facility, bcz due to poor network facility there are only few user of your company. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Bharti Airtel port out customer care SUCKS, 999 family plan have 4 numbers and one dongle number. LOL Vodafone Idea is offering same with 5 numbers. Please help, want to continue with airtel. VI is better ? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @VittalGopal

    @airtelindia Please change the policy for taking a picture for new connections inside the office. It can very well be taken outside in open. No mask should be brought down for a pic in front of some white screen. Would you be liable for Covid risk ?

    The @airtelindia customer service says zoom calls we attend are charged to our postpaid phone bill if the host is in another country and you are levied ISD rates. Isn't that really sweet? Well I didn't attend any so how do they explain overbilling me?

    @airtelindia bill suddenly increased by Rs150 on broadband bill without any information, raised complaint but no body called back. Is this how a loyal Airtel customer should be treated. Very disappointed, already started to look for other options. Very Disappointed.

    In order to do my Airtel broadband recharge, I have added money to Airtel wallet. But it's not allowing me to use that amount to complete the recharge, It's again taking me to my UPI page.What the hell you're providing the service. @airtelindia,@Airtel_Presence
