    @airtelindia disappointing experience in signing up for Xtreme fiber. Followed up by astounding behaviour of support team for installation of mesh/wifi extender. Raised SR on 3 Mar. Team tried to do but couldn't for some backend issue. Wasted entire day last Saturday.

    @airtelindia suddenly my main mobile number which is of airtel is not getting signal and when I called the customer care they said this number does not belong to airtel, but I haven't ported the sim. Its urgent please check it. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia this Saturday i called the installation person. I'm told that i need to call customer care as there is some issue with the SR i raised. When I speak, I'm told that i haven't paid security deposit, SR I raised has been closed.
