  @airtelindia @AdobeExpress Paid for internet installation 5 days ago and still no connection. Zero accountability and extremely poor customer support, no updates, no resolution. This is unacceptable. Worst sales person as well. I've called like 30 times till now and no response. Scammers written all over.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had discontinued wifi services from 20/03/2026 but still, i haven't received refund and i am not even receiving proper help from your end. You promised me that it would be completed by 24/04/2026 but still not completed kindly give me refund asap!

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @airtelindia It has been over 20 days, yet such a massive company has been unable to resolve a minor issue. However, if I offer a bribe of ₹2,000 to the company's employees, they are instantly ready to get the job done.

  This issue has been ongoing for 2–3 months with no resolution. Data is getting wasted and calls are affected. If not resolved within 48 hours with a timeline, I will file a complaint with TRAI and escalate further. Kindly treat this as urgent. @airtelindia
