    @HonraoSujit @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It is the same with me. After trying for many months a service request was created and was closed without any resolution. This company has taken us for fools😡😡😡😡 ABSOLUTELY regret my decision for not throwing away this sim. Bunch of lazy retards 😡

    @airtelindia My broadband is not working from last 3 days, I regretted to use your services for a long time. Kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible otherwise i will cut all my connections from airtel network.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your Thanks app is “unable to reach server “ for paying the landline broadband bill . Web says “try later”. Can’t register a complaint on thanks app . Can’t reach a real person on IVR . Mine is supposed to be platinum something . Pl assist

    @airtelindia Funny thing! You make an ad to reduce no. of complaints & your customer service sucks! Got an internet connection and it stopped in 10 mins. After 3 service calls, no one knows who will fix it. While getting a connection, your executives called 5 times a day!!!

    Absolute buffoons at @Airtel_Presence and @airtelindia customer service. I am looking to add my no. data plan with my Apple Watch series 6 but it does not add. The supervisor just cannot understand the problem! I just need the profile to be deleted, so a new one can be added!

    @airtelindia In my hand set my airtel sim is not getting any network connectivity whereas I am using another airtel sim with same APN setting it's working fine. I'm at my native and the sim is from same circle and data roaming is also on and I have active internet package.

    They have initiated a chat system to let you to lodge your complains Problem is when you going to put out problems there they are advertising about their plans through that automated service Call their customer care and they will talk about plans @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
