    I was disappointed by the service for walking customers in store and the team is not bothered to respond and there's no priority for customer problems One of the worst stores ever.All the staff are unprofessional no one is co-operative.Pathetic service. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia we have a broadband connection with you in our office, it is one of the worst service ever. The network drops every 30 mins or so and all the work goes for a toss. Being in the generation where everything is online, Airtel is degrading it's service day by day.

    @airtelindia no network in mobile(9860408284) for last 4 days when visited about this issue to the nearest ARC they said simcard needs to be changed but unfortunately no simcards available with your ARC(Bavdhan/Kothrud) for last 4 days. Suffering like anything. Please resolve

    @airtelindia Trying to connect with Customer support from last 30mins,I have recharged ₹128 through my Airtel App & the service is not working, sms received to recharge the unlimited pack, Why unlimited pack is compulsory & what is a use of all other packs.

    @airtelindia I am going 2 port my sim to @JioCare if my network issue is not resolved in 48 hours. This is the last airtel sim in a family of 20. @JioCare please confirm if my pack can be carried forward if i port my sim to Jio.

    @airtelindia I visited multiple districts in Eastern U.P . None of them had Airtel Network and it turned out to be a painful visit. Even Ulhasnagar in Thane Dist doesn't have Network...Time has come to swith now...

    @airtelindia I had Airtel Wi-Fi installed at home a few days ago but it hasn't been wrking properly for the last 15 days. I lodged a complaint with Airtel but they registered it as a complaint for a new CONN I had original taken the CONN under pressure from an Airtel salesman.

    @airtelindia It's been over a week since I requested to shift my Wi-Fi via the Airtel Thanks app. Despite multiple follow-ups, I still haven't received any proper response or resolution. Please resolve this at the earliest.

    Used my @airtelindia WiFi until I tried shifting my connection locally. Called 10 times in 4 days, but customer care failed to connect me with local engineers. Terrible shifting service forced me to disconnect. Switching to @reliancejio now—let's see how they treat me.

    Disappointed with the service. My broadband connection has been down for over 3 days now. DM support promised a quick escalation, but the issue remains completely unresolved. Requesting an urgent update and a clear timeline for the fix. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia .
