    @airtelindia Could you please look into this? Did a recharge for my brother on 11May 2022 Mobile number 9773537482 for a amount of 2499 (International recharge) For which he never received the credit on his number. Kindly look into it this and let me know.

    @airtelindia this is not done. my building is under common connection dish last week i will raise complaint but still not working. If not interested your team solve my problem than i will chenge this to others service provider and also give my money refund

    @airtelindia @AshwiniVaishnaw The office building in Andheri East which houses 300plus employees facing serious issue of network on Airtel ; when the admin contacted Airtel team the response was this is due to 5G ? Unbelievable a suggestion given was to migrate to another network

    @airtelindia Trying to connect with Customer support from last 30mins,I have recharged ₹128 through my Airtel App & the service is not working, sms received to recharge the unlimited pack, Why unlimited pack is compulsory & what is a use of all other packs.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Whenever I need to call someone I need to come out of my home / Office.What a great quality of 5G Network you have.Even your customer care number is also not going through.EVEN IF THE AIRTEL SERVICE IS GIVEN FREE NOT WORTHY 2 TAKE AS FOC.

    @airtelindia SIM 9967859075 is not working despite change of SIM slots, rebooting/switch off-on of mobile set - msg "not reachable/switched off/no Internet -i am on oxygen support - in cases of emergency how shd i contact others- pls look into d matter ASAP & arrange for solution

    @TRAI my @airtelindia wi-fi connection at Powai, Mumbai isn’t working for last 3-4 days in spite of raising complaint and talking to customer care. They only buy time. Their service breaks down very often. In past 1 week, it was available for only 1 day. Please help.

    @airtelindia It's still showing status as "Active" on Airtel Thanks app,till Nov 2026. However I never got the benefit. It got "Unsubscribed" and now I have finally subscribed the 100 GB Cloud storage plan for 1 year from Google itself.

    @airtelindia How do i let your app know that router wont start because its adapter is blown away it just keep trying to do diagnostics without even knowing is router even turning on or not. **** services local internet operator is better atleast fixes within hours

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I’m done with the empty promises.The service in Nagpur is currently pathetic for both my office Wi-Fi & personal SIM. I’ve raised multiple complaints with no resolution. Why should a paying customer suffer this much? Please fix this immediately.

    Despite multiple calls and raising a support ticket, there has been no resolution and no proper response. I regret switching to Airtel from my previous provider. This has been a very frustrating experience. Please resolve this issue immediately. #Airtel @airtelindia #PoorService
