@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence bullshit service, ordered hdbox 2 sim and add-on extreme boxunder one family plan. It's been 4 days but my extreme box is not activated yet. Your dombivli dealer Tanaji is worst and has no idea at all just fake promises.Will not recommend at all.

Dear @airtelindia I have a simple request to shift my Tv from my one location to another. This option is not on the app, when I call helpline I went through the entire 7-8 minutes but could find that option, it says to use the app there is no human call support. Kindly assist.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence you’ve one of the worst customer service depts. 1. Takes forever to connect. 2. I sent a port out req and your customer service exec called to ask the reason. He did not listen to my reason, instead kept blabbering in a very rude voice fyi. Ugh!

Worst network… I have Port My idea card to @airtelindia for better Network and better data speed but it is also failed to give better although it had promised. And whenever electricity has gone, the network of @airtelindia has also gone. So this is the biggest problem for users.
