    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Whenever I need to call someone I need to come out of my home / Office.What a great quality of 5G Network you have.Even your customer care number is also not going through.EVEN IF THE AIRTEL SERVICE IS GIVEN FREE NOT WORTHY 2 TAKE AS FOC.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence There is zero mobile network in Jio World drive for all Airtel users since the past 1 week. Can someone look into this or is it that we need to switch to Jio to get network here

    @airtelindia Could you please look into this? Did a recharge for my brother on 11May 2022 Mobile number 9773537482 for a amount of 2499 (International recharge) For which he never received the credit on his number. Kindly look into it this and let me know.

    @Airtel_Presence Bill with correction in due date is still not available on Airtel thanks App. @airtelindia @airtelnews. I could see due date is still 16 May for statement period 5 Apr to 4 May. You may send me complaint no, as your representative on call shown their incompetency to provide same

    I had one airtel prepaid number which was active from 2012 -2021. As I didn't recharge that number it got deactivated, I visited airtel store, contacted customer care but got no help. Please reissue that number again 🙏 A loyal airtel cutomer since 2005 - Present @airtelindia

    1/2 Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ,I am using #Airtel service 2004,due to some issues,recharge wasn’t done since August 2022,Gallery Person said, I have to pay Activation Charges of 470+GST n new connection will be postpaid,with min bill of 399+Royalty for old client?

    I was disappointed by the service for walking customers in store and the team is not bothered to respond and there's no priority for customer problems One of the worst stores ever.All the staff are unprofessional no one is co-operative.Pathetic service. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I have checked the status of my order, and it has been cancelled by your team without giving any justified reason. I fail to understand that when a house adjacent to my building has fiber connection how come a fresh fiber connection in my home is not feasible.
