    @airtelindia Tired of writing mails to customercare, they do read mails and revert something other than what I asked. Wanted latest bills for our corporate account nos. More than one month yet to receive, worst call centre, just IVR no. So difficult in reaching the executive.

    Voice quality over FaceTime (audio) or WhatsApp call is so much better, I wonder why the cellphone providers bother providing regular cellular voice service at all. Cross-carrier calls need to upgrade to HD quality soon. @airtelindia @reliancejio @VodafoneIN

    @airtelindia Why Airtel customer care executives are using mobile nos. which are registered on private names & not shown to be linked with Airtel office. Also incoming to that number is available. I received call from mobile no. 07428758692, which is registered on name of Mahesh, Delhi.
