    Have been a customer of @VodafoneIN since it was Max Touch. But I have not been harassed by them as much as @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence which I have been using for like a decade. 5

    @airtelindia Pathetic support from Airtel DTH. Called for complain received a revert for customer care. Please call after 2 hours to get complain registered. Never seen such a straight reply. Thinking if customer says So. How many connection can drop. Customer id :3013519257

    @VodafoneIN Pls don't call now number ported to @airtelindia was waiting since one hour in the shop....I went to Vodafone gallery in Thane opp Malhar talkies...they said go to shop..waited in shop for one hour as ur server down....so had no time switched to airtel

    @Airtel_Presence got 6-7 calls from 91488 62222 this number .. when i picked a call its suddenly gets disconnected.. same repeated for all 6-7 calls .. soo poor response from your team.. @airtelindia Maybe the last option for me to port my number 👍🏻.. 6 family members will port airtel number ..

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Trying to get the new DTH service activated.. Ur customer service team, especially the one speaking Hindi are pathetic to talk.. Trued 5 times after 10-12 mins of long wait.. no resolution.. Whatever language u select, Hindi rep comes up

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This has been faced since day 1 of postpaid connection ,more than 15days. No benefit of getting postpaid, This issue is on every location, Shouldn't have ported out from Jio @reliancejio @JioCare to Airtel, just needed postpaid so had to .. regret my decision

    @adidaga @VodafoneIN @Speedtest @airtelindia @Idea @VodaIdea_NEWS I have raised the exactly same point to #vodafone4g that u charge rent fo 4G service but we never experienced 4G and gave false multiple commitment of improvement of service. I have port my service to JIO after many complaints to Vodafone but no revert. @TRAI please look into it.
