    25 days and counting & there’s no response from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence on my query. Not even a call back! This’s where decline starts, the beginning of the end. U feel so invincible that u think u can run even without any customer!!!

    It took almost the whole night to download a game of 2.5gb, so fast 4g or 5g service we get from Airtel at such a low price of 599/month,.. so proud of it.. @airtelindia hope this slow service continues here and govt. keeps giving you permission to play around.. @TRAI @BJP4India

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia very bad experience at Airtel store in Fort Mumbai Mr. Amin Chocolatewala the store manager is not bothered of Prepaid customer,I think this behaviour comes down the line from last 120 days I am facing network problem but none of the delegates turned

    @airtelindia -- after using your postpaid billing service , internet is very poor in navi mumbai from nerul to airoli . Even in home I'm unable to use internet service. It take 15 min to load a Twitter page . Fed up of the service .

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Guys! How many months is ur TAT for addressing a simple issue? Forget business ethics, you guys don’t seem to have even basic decency !!Call me back or I’m discontinuing all ur services including ur 1GBPS fiber at the end of this billing cycle. Got enough alternatives in market.

    @Airtel_Presence Yet again after a call from their social media team & a promise that the case is escalated for the nth time and someone from the related team would get back, @airtelindia goes silent!!! Goes to show their poor management practices to say the least!!

    @airtelindia One of the worst experiences ever, I've been trying to upgrade my broadband speed from 300mbps to 1gbps, for which I've had to make 30-40 phone calls to their customer service and speak with 5-6 supervisors to escalate the issue, but still no progress 😤😤😤

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Whenever I need to call someone I need to come out of my home / Office.What a great quality of 5G Network you have.Even your customer care number is also not going through.EVEN IF THE AIRTEL SERVICE IS GIVEN FREE NOT WORTHY 2 TAKE AS FOC.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hi team , I recharged my DTH of Rs 320 and I got to know that Rs 25 deducted instead of 10 . Kindly check and refund my 15 to my DTH account. Why unnecessary amount deduction happened, This is not acceptable from one of reputed service provider .

    @airtelindia SIM 9967859075 is not working despite change of SIM slots, rebooting/switch off-on of mobile set - msg "not reachable/switched off/no Internet -i am on oxygen support - in cases of emergency how shd i contact others- pls look into d matter ASAP & arrange for solution

    - @airtelindia Today I finally received a call, but the interaction was rude and unprofessional. Due to the delay and poor customer experience, I no longer wish to proceed with the connection. Kindly cancel my installation request and process a full refund at the earliest.

    @JioCare No matter how many times you try to call Jio customer care at 1800-896-9999, they always seem to be facing more issues than us. It's impossible to speak to a customer care specialist, which is incredibly frustrating. @airtelindia joining u guys.
