    Dear @airtelindia Your network has gone kaput. Call drops, blank patches, no network, no data, have become very common over the past few weeks. People calling me but I don’t even get missed calls. Have you abandoned Bandra West, Mumbai?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence everytime I upgrade my phone which are iPhones they always struggle to register my airtel number for iMessage and FaceTime. What could the issue be ? And finally it registers after like few weeks which is weird but Jio gets registered instantly

    Such bad and poor experience with @BhartiAirtel2 as they renewed Hotstar annual subscription without my consent and now telling me charges are valid and they can't do anything. Poor mannerless customer support as well. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Need to get this fixed.

    I had one airtel prepaid number which was active from 2012 -2021. As I didn't recharge that number it got deactivated, I visited airtel store, contacted customer care but got no help. Please reissue that number again 🙏 A loyal airtel cutomer since 2005 - Present @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I am going 2 port my sim to @JioCare if my network issue is not resolved in 48 hours. This is the last airtel sim in a family of 20. @JioCare please confirm if my pack can be carried forward if i port my sim to Jio.

    @airtelindia One of the worst experiences ever, I've been trying to upgrade my broadband speed from 300mbps to 1gbps, for which I've had to make 30-40 phone calls to their customer service and speak with 5-6 supervisors to escalate the issue, but still no progress 😤😤😤

    @airtelindia @AshwiniVaishnaw The office building in Andheri East which houses 300plus employees facing serious issue of network on Airtel ; when the admin contacted Airtel team the response was this is due to 5G ? Unbelievable a suggestion given was to migrate to another network

    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence there is no option to deactivate or remove broadband service/account on your app?! No one lives at that place and no internet is being used, all the pending bills before that have been cleared! How can you forcefully keep a customer's account

    14 phone calls to 121 over 8 days to get internet connection setup. 7 phone calls in 2 days so far to correct their mistake in setup, & upgrade the plan...still not done. Brilliant customer service from @airtelindia. Getting Airtel setup done in a Tier 2 city is a torture.

    @airtelindia The funny thing is your 4 G sucks so much i am just waiting for the lock down to be over so i can port my sim to jio with this i may get 2 jio sims but i think it would be worth it rather losing connection over my main number. So kindly stop spreading nonsense and shut it down.
