@JioCare I work in TSPL Company. Our company has 100+ Jio prepaid numbers ,from last 8 months lot of issue of Network & Internet Speed here. Lots of time complaint about this but still not problem solved ,so now all 100+ number port to @airtelindia

@priyanshu281 @airtelindia Believe me, @Airtel_Presence has best Customer Care Service. Not every problem could be solved immediately but at least they try to resolve. For better network, choose the network which is best in area you spend most of the time, because no network is ultimate.

@airtelindia Airtel Thanks App is useless. One cannot put in the issues which he has, instead there are some pre-specified issues which do not address the entire set of grievances. Repeatedly called CC to include such features, but no improvement. Feel sorry @AirtelPresence
