    @airtelindia @airtelindia It's been almost 6 months I have paid for Xtreme fiber connection. Neither I have got the connection till now nor I am getting money back. Your local vendor is much more than pathetic. I have never seen a chatbot which is stupid to this level as yours.

    @airtelindia I raised connection Airtel x stream request on 03 Feb 2023 , got internet broadband installed on 13 Feb 2023 and still yet to get DTH connection. Whenever I call customer or sales team I get default response today technician will install today and I don’t when it will be done.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Seriously, third class service, since 5 days internet is off, I've complaint 2 days ago, but still no response, they told cable has break he will come, but I was waiting since 2 day he is coming, if you don't have enough support team then shut down.

    @airtelindia @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It's been more than two weeks i registered complaint till now there is no response from the technical team, this shows how bad is customer service of airtel. Very pathetic😤. Even sent a multiple mails to the concerned team regarding the issue.
