  @airtelindia I remember an ad for airtel zero campaign, but did not realise that the way to achieve that was to sweep everything under the rug. I have raised 3 complaints, thought the #airtelapp and #airtelstore and each time the complaint is closed without any resolution.

  @airtelindia not working since last 24 hour and customer care are not ready to take the complaint. After every 2 -3 hours we get new ETA to resolve the issue... #internetdown

  @airtelindia extremely appalling customer service!!! Your agent Musaddiq was extremely rude and sarcastic and was not ready to help me out. And he dropped my call when I asked for a supervisor. This is disappointing and the frauds your customer team is a fraud. @Airtel_Presence

  @airtelindia There is wifi connection at my home, since 3 days wifi is not working, I called Airtel customer service, they are giving assurance that technical team will reach in 2 hours, 4 hours like this, i called them 5 times but nobody came. I am in Nanded City Maharashtra.

  @airtelindia i have raised a complaint about very less network coverage at my area which is Nallur Karkal Subdistrict Ganpatu katte, Nallur post office road Udupi District-574122 Karnataka. But there is still no action taken. Can you guys install a network tower at my area ASAP.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence call center #SCAMI spoke with an Airtel agent last month to request safe custody for my broadband service, and the escalation team agreed to waive the associated fees.

  @airtelindia there has been call drops and unable to make and receive calls at 4th main ssa road 5th cross hebbal Bangalore 560032 for the past 20 days. All the complaints raised are simply closed without resolution.may i know when this problem would be resolved
