    @airtelindia @DoT_India I am 15 years old Airtel user and my experience is that customer service is getting poor year by year. They broadcast adds for customer satisfaction is just like praising ourselves by closing eyes. My current issue is I have no network and can't make any call in my home

    @airtelindia @DoT_India Dear airtel support team, we recently raised a support ticket to just enable international roaming just to get SMS, just fir that ticket resolution says yo get do that Airtel needs 20 days to address a simple service request, Appreciate concerned can provide DM to resolve this

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have visited Bopal (Ahmedabad) Area care twice, but they have not help me for activate my Sim, even I required them to share care number but not given. Now I spoken with #Airtel care I came to know that no record found regarding my Sim.

    @airtelindia I am using airtel fiber from last 1 year in my shop but for 4 months wifi isn't working and landline call as well, I complaint many times but no one is interested to solve my problem, you charge 100 for 1 day late payment so provide good service as well.
