@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Its the distributor who is saying that my network is out of service area it is because i have refused to give him 500 rs for installation and in my nearby house there is already a airtel connection. first time distributor says that 500 rs required

Worst Customer support from @airtelindia . Raising Support Ticket Since 5 Days. Called customer care 3 times. But still my broadband connection is disconnected. And Best Joke about them is they always say " sir, your problem will be resolved in 4 hours"

@airtelindia 5 days and we have no internet, broadband, telephone line. Complaints are not being addressed instead the nodal officer says we will adjust the loss in billing. Is it RIP for Customer service at Airtel?

@airtelindia Not happy with Postpaid Internet service. I'm using Airtel Postpaid service from last 12 years. Registered compliant with Airtel with token 31-3957810811953. No follow-up taken by escalation team, no-one is taking responsibility to address my issue.
