    @airtelindia I have been trying to get broadband connection from airtel but the vendor is rejecting my proposal again and again by saying the area is not serviceable but to my nearby house there is already an airtel connection. please help me asap.@Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Its the distributor who is saying that my network is out of service area it is because i have refused to give him 500 rs for installation and in my nearby house there is already a airtel connection. first time distributor says that 500 rs required

    @airtelindia I have been using your service for more than 3 years and this is the worst experience I'm facing. I have an active 5G unlimited pack and my phone was connected to the 5G network all throughout the day, yet the data quota was being used by 4G quota.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My network complaints are repeatedly closed without any resolution or communication. This is highly unethical and shows disregard for customers. Please address my issue instead of closing complaints without fixing the problem. Ref no. 11030395863.

    @airtelindia I have a postpaid family plan for two, both devices support 5G SA service, but I get SA only in one device, while the second one is still NSA. The second one which shows NSA, shows SA with Jio sim. So the problem is not with the phone. How is this a priority service?
