    My Airtel No 9861676142 is a 4G upgraded and also used Volte services. But now showing 4G not getting Volte as I have already enabled in my handset. Please solve this problem. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia .

    @airtelindia please provide the bill for prepaid recharges as well, customer have rights to ask for the bill as he is paying the GST on it. I have reached out to customer support multiple times but no luck! @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @AdobeExpress @airtelindia Customers face instant late fees for payment delays: but when companies deliver poor service, they pay no penalty at all. If you expect us to pay on time, we expect you to deliver on your promises. Fairness should work both ways. More than 2weeks, facing issues.

    UPDATE: Airtel customer service is ABSOLUTELY STUPID 😀 Called after my IPTV complaint (see previous tweet), they RAISED A DTH REQUEST instead of IPTV! I NEVER asked for DTH! This is COMPLETE negligence + total incompetence from Airtel. Now NO callback AGAIN! HOW IS IT POSSIBLE that buying a NEW SERVICE takes so much of delays? Cancel this WRONG DTH ticket & raise correct IPTV request IMMEDIATELY! Your system is UTTERLY USELESS! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Never thought @airtelindia will be like this, their sales person promised to install the wifi in 24 hours , after getting the money he booked installation and post that has not been picking up my calls installation engineer called saying new building installation not possible
