    My Airtel No 9861676142 is a 4G upgraded and also used Volte services. But now showing 4G not getting Volte as I have already enabled in my handset. Please solve this problem. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia .

    @airtelindia please provide the bill for prepaid recharges as well, customer have rights to ask for the bill as he is paying the GST on it. I have reached out to customer support multiple times but no luck! @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia I am using airtel no. Since 2014. I am living in National capital. I am facing so much network failure from last 10 days. There is no 5G coverage in delhi from 10 days. They are fooling coustomers in the name of 5G. In real they are providing 3G or 4G now.

    Pathetic service from @airtelindia. My FASTag for RJ27CE6809 was disabled without any reason. Called your customer care and they don't even understand the issue—all they know is how to say "please be on hold" repeatedly. Absolute incompetence. Fix it!

    @airtelindia I’ve filed a migration request on 26th of last month, it’s been 2 weeks and no action has been taken. I’m getting calls from the assigned agent to close the ticket. I’ve raised this with the customer care to no avail. All I get is intimidating calls and no response

    @indian_youth67 @airtelindia 2km is too much for airwaves you can get on terrace or in outdoors but indoors signals won't penetrate inside rooms with this much distance possibly they shouldn't have deployed low frequency bands on nearby tower that's why it's showing no signal.

    @airtelindia your fiber sucks. Unstable internet and can’t access tv Raised complaint thru your app , but nothing has changed . Is there a different app for fiber

    Such a shameful service I’m fed up with the non sense of @airtelindia. It is disgusting to see as nobody bothered to install fibre connection which the payment was done two days before. Even the executive who collected payment isn’t responding to calls repeatedly
