    @airtelindia Really frustrated right now. No network for 24+ hours, zero signal bars, and I’m not receiving OTPs can’t even use my cards. Customer support is useless: you expect me to talk to an agent, but no agent ever connects. What exactly am I supposed to do?

    @airtelindia how are we supposed to raise the complaints ? I have cancelled my Amazon subscription before deadline. Still received sms that I will be charged for annual subscription in this bill. Tried IVR on 123, It says I am not Amazon. There’s no way to reach human support.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been trying to reach out to you but it’s seems impossible, I was your post paid customer & had subscribed to Amazon prime subscription. Now I am not your customer Don’t want to renew it . But unable to reach you guys . Please don’t renew it

    @BabitaNiranjan @airtelindia They have the worst customer care support.. I made a huge mistake by taking Airtel fibre. They automatically close the case on the app. No one to talk to, their helpline doesn't work, their tech guy doesn't answer the calls n then they give generic reply on X. Shame on airtel

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence what a pathetic customer service. I purchased Rs1499 Amazon prime subscription through #airtelthanksapp on 31 Dec 25. Not only you failed to activate the service, you also cancel it without my knowledge and without refunds.

    Airtel's service is very very bad. They neither talk to any of their employees nor do they make you recharge by promising 5G unlimited data. No one should buy this SIM. @airtelindia @bhartiairtelfdn

    @airtelindia u have set AI assistant in your customer care number . There is no way cust can connect with a real agent / human being to talk about issues with airtel . This is pure fraud . we just recharge and if there’s any issue , you deploy ai to ignore the customers . @TRAI

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia If possible, may I please get a contact number of some representative in India to whom I can talk and sort this issue out as I’m not getting any calls to confirm my details so that the respective SIM can be generated for my new mobile phone.
