@airtelindia Facing network issues since last one month. Complained to customer care many times but no resolution. Sudden call drops and no internet even when it shows complete network, while Vodafone is working fine. Resolve this else fast else I have to switch to Vodafone .

Due to feasibility issue. Now they are not resolving my problem. If @airtelindia wants to give postpaid sim forcefully to customer then this is not the right way. Plz don't waste people hard-earned money. Including nodal officer Airtel and customer care are also not responding.

You should have provided the close connection service separately for one who needs to close it. I raised requests but they are not closing the connection. It's going on postpaid on its own which I am not going to pay for. @airtelindia you can't close it i am not paying for it.
