@airtelindia please provide the bill for prepaid recharges as well, customer have rights to ask for the bill as he is paying the GST on it. I have reached out to customer support multiple times but no luck! @Airtel_Presence

I would urge public not to get cheated by @airtelindia by opting for AirtelBlack customer ever. There is no co-ordination between service in ground and the customer representative except we just get fake commitments. The worstever service from Airtel.

@airtelindia I am user of airtel xstream fibre. Facing lot of issues with speed and connectivity. Not able to browse even if connected. Problem was temporarily solved after complaint was attended. Then again same issues. Can airtel fix this issues once and for all.

@airtelindia (cont from last tweet)from airtel thanks app but wasn't able to do so(for unknown reasons)then i contacted an airtel service engineer(Mr.Homlal)told him the issue he knew that the cable was cut off from somewhere he has been constantly giving excuses & didn't help.
