My Airtel No 9861676142 is a 4G upgraded and also used Volte services. But now showing 4G not getting Volte as I have already enabled in my handset. Please solve this problem. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia .

@airtelindia please provide the bill for prepaid recharges as well, customer have rights to ask for the bill as he is paying the GST on it. I have reached out to customer support multiple times but no luck! @Airtel_Presence

@drwhowrites @shivekkkk @airtelindia Exactly ,we should not upgrade to 5g smartphone right now untill and unless your current smartphone is not working properly .we should wait till 5g network gets huge no of users as it will test its speed .if it's perform good and offering good speed in that state (1/2)

@airtelindia way too much downtime on your broadband connection (2-6+ hrs every day) for the last 2 months. Your customer grievance system is pointless, why are you marking tickets as resolved when they're not? I'm so close to shoving the invoice up your *** next cycle.
