    @airtelindia please provide the bill for prepaid recharges as well, customer have rights to ask for the bill as he is paying the GST on it. I have reached out to customer support multiple times but no luck! @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Staff I'm requesting a Wi-Fi waiver due to prolonged service issues and no response from your team. Raised complaints & called back many times with no proper resolution. This is my annual plan and I haven't taken any waiver this year. Please @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence WiFi disconnected in April. Device collected. Refund still not received. Still getting pickup reminder messages. No help from customer care, no response to emails. Extremely poor customer service. @airtelindia @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @airtelindia Hi, @airtelindia internet connectivity issues again with airtel black wi-fi. Unlike last time i could not even raise a ticket as your chat bot keeps hijacking the conversatuon. Will you please raise a ticket for wifi internet connectivity issue?

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, why is my 5G network secretly draining my daily 2GB 4G pack? Hit the 300GB FUP and now even though my phone shows 5G connection and hits 400Mbps, my 4G quota is being eaten up. Completely stranded with no internet. Look into this ASAP
