    My Airtel No 9861676142 is a 4G upgraded and also used Volte services. But now showing 4G not getting Volte as I have already enabled in my handset. Please solve this problem. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia .

    @airtelindia please provide the bill for prepaid recharges as well, customer have rights to ask for the bill as he is paying the GST on it. I have reached out to customer support multiple times but no luck! @Airtel_Presence

    Have been using @airtelindia since last 15 years. Today ported to @reliancejio. Airtel's service has terribly degraded in last few years. Imagine it's 2022 and Airtel's network switches to 2G mode sometimes. And call connection taking 10-15 seconds (after promising VoLTE)

    @airtelindia Very bad customer support...I have been struggling with their support team since last 2 months to get my Airtel Wallet account active from dormant stage. No one is able to support, just giving different excuses. it's not expected from such a big service organization
