    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence We have not been able to communicate with relatives for 4 days because we are not able to communicate bi-directionally on your network, we are able to hear only one direction voice. Since this is a rural area, most people here are consumers of Airtel

    My Internet is down from yesterday. @airtelindia promised resolution by 8:30 AM today. Internet still down. Airtel is wrong choice for IT employees doing work from home. Unreliable ISP.

    I am tweeting this from outside as your wortless customer service is still unable to fix the problems I have raised almost more than 20 days ago. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #third_class_network_problem. Your 4G is just useless as no speed is there. Its shame.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am so much frustrated that I want to leave Airtel right now! But nothing to do as the rival is worst than this here! #third_class_network_problem! If can't provide stable 4G than give my recharge money back? Shame! Sleep, Team sleep.

    I received a text message on 23 November 2020 stating that the complaint filed my me on 16 October 2020 has been resolved. Now Airtel has issued a bill of Rs 592.36 for the period for which there was no network on my phone. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
