    @anantvijay @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Since 8th July my broadband is not working and they are just giving me assurance instead of resolution . And they want to complainant free airtel one day .. what a joke !

    @shaw_support @airtelindia @shawacademy I had it done before I twitted this. Kindly, Check your DM. And I have seen so many people sharing their stories about how your customer care calls them on the pretext of solving issues but as soon they hung up, they end up getting charged for toolkits they never asked for.
