@airtelindia your broadband service have frequent outages. In the last 6 months I have faced more than 10 outages some beyond 12 hour. Really pathetic service. My local provider had better availability than you.

@airtelindia rather than generate a one-page PDF and send it to me. Whoever decided that this is how Airtel billing works and the customer CANNOT be issued an invoice early even upon request (begging!), requires a medal (Or is a plant from a competitor, because this is how you lose custom!)

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Xstream fibre services are stopped frequently in my area. Again for almost 24 hours no signal. No message from your side. This is absurd. Very bad service.

@airtelindia Worst experience ever with the Airtel Xstream fibre prepaid recharge service. I am writing this on a behalf of my friend. He did his recharge of Xtream on Dec 6, 2022 but suddenly on Dec 13, 2022 the internet service got stopped.

@airtelindia #airtelblack - This is the worst experience I have ever had with all the broadband connections that I have used till date. Your after sale service is pathetic. After multiple phone calls , multiple tickets raised for internet connectivity issue- none got addressed!

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Not able to pair my Airtel number (eSim) with Samsung galaxy watch 5 LTE. Contacted customer care many times but complaints closed without giving any resolution. Can you confirm it can't be resolved? Should I port out from Airtel??
