    @airtelindia this is outrageous. Ported to your network, and when I was porting at your store, I was asked to pay ₹300 by your service executive. He convinced me that it was for my first recharge. But now, when I check my account balance, it says ₹5. This is totally absurd.

    @airtelindia calls drop 10-20 times a day. I raised a complaint twice and both times the complaint was marked resolved without even reaching out to me. What's going on? Too many customers to handle? May be it's time to switch to @reliancejio?

    @airtelindia Seriously? Your internet speeds are becoming worst day by day. The moment I make a video call it gets cut out. Loading time of any page, even a simple web page, or an app is indefinitely long. Testing patience? I hope you will look into this matter ASAP.
