    @airtelindia No one responds the 121 number and when you call the technician, they never show up after giving the time. After sales service is pathetic and horrible.

    Worst service ,worst customer service with false claim ie. zero complaint policy.its been 15th day in a month when internet is down, from past 3 days no one even contact me to restore it.They cheated every single customer.take legal action @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @kavinbm

    @airtelindia Airtel fibre broadband taken of 1gbps in home taken. From 3 days no internet.. is is a fraud by airtel of excuse of not giving service? 6 times commitment given and on the time given sms comes that it has been resolved without anyone coming… is that not fraud with customer?

    @airtelindia I am having a horrible experience with your broadband. Got it last month by paying full 1 yr subscription fees of 12k and since last one week it’s not working. After multiple reminders to your local team and also putting emails there are no responses.
