    @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia So, the Thanks Campaign is a sham. The whole app is structured in a way that you cannot raise a request for a problem. The Executive told me as keywords still being developed. One way to reach 0 complain is to not allow complain at all.

    @airtelindia Excellent customer service while taking orders for a new connection. Once the money is paid; all the phone numbers are no longer reachable and no connection still provided. Kudos @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia hey Kapil, I am really surprised why you say this. The number is linked with my old Airtel broadband account since 5 years now. How come suddenly you are unable to connect??? The phone is in my hand, full network. Can YOU PLS call from your alternate number?

    @airtelindia Your zero complaint claim through advertisements doesn't seems to be matching with the actual situation. Complaint no. 124611578 since 21st 8 am still unresolved
