    - Agent 3 later informed me the old request had to be cancelled and a new one raised. I had to explain the same issue to multiple agents yet there’s still no resolution. @airtelindia #airtel #customersupport #wifi

    @airtelindia what scam are you doing? I just connect to 121 support and one of ur agent convert my prepaid ac to postpaid without my concern and instead of solving my wifi billing issue he just convert my ac.

    @airtelindia Team, Issue is pending for over 4 weeks. Since you have started these from Dec 2025 without me making any changes on my phone, you need to switch these off. Please resolve urgently & stop lying about it being a regulatory requirement. No one else gets these @airtelindia
