Airtel payment bank create a monopoly he says if you not a Airtel mobile then you not disable safe payment mode. So I have not use upi and NetBanking if I am not airtel mobile customer. Dear rbi pls help me @RBI @airtelindia

He further said he don't want any new customers so if u want to take a back up card give 50rs and leave. I told him that I will complain this to @airtelindia . He said do whatever you want to do. This has been the worst customer experience I have had.

@SamsungIndia @airtelindia Bought Samsung F62 a month ago.For the last 7 days, getting very poor internet connectivity.Multiple chat with both team failed to resolve the issue.Advise the way forward. Does Airtel 4G not compatible with Samsung?Can see many users facing same issue.

@Airtel_Presence Wonderful customer service @airtelindia! To close the ticket, you don't need to resolve the issue. Just close the ticket after 15 days without giving the option to re-open. When customer calls again, raise afresh ticket &the cycle continues #AirtelBlack #airtel

They were talking were aggressively with the customer.there were two guys namely Ojas Rawal and Jagdish in the office. When my turn came, I told Jagdish to talk with me normally. Hearing this Ojas got aggressive and told me he won't provide me with the new @airtelindia card.
