    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your service sucks. you are able to provide network to remote areas of India but are still not able to provide services as expected. I know these are unprecedented time but this is a correct time to test the services you provide as a service provider

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My mobile connection having 1.5 gb/day data is working at 4g speed but my airtel dongle having 50gb data balance is working mearly at 2g speed at same location. Is it airtel policy to reduce data speed if customer having more data balance/day.

    i have contacted customer care but no improvements in the network speed. Airtel tower is situated within a 1 km radius from my house and my house is situated in the main road. still there is very poor network speed. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
