    Hi @airtelindia how long does it take to bring a broadband connection to safe custody? I have been sending emails to your customer care since more than a month. Still no reply. And to top it all, you have disconnected my mobile, even though the mobile bill was paid on time.

    Hey @airtelindia, you need to revise your refund policy on payments that fail. You take right away & when it's time to give, you take 7-10 days. That's intolerable. Others refund failed payments in 2-3 days. So, what r you, GOD? Or you're making interests?#airtelsucks #RefundNow

    @airtelindia , I received a call to installed and dth connection,after installing the service,pathetic service over charges and fake commitment done by the airtel representative.lot of confusion and charges applies,without any reminder billing changed

    @airtelindia This is unacceptable. There was no internet for 3 days straight from Friday to Sunday. It's Wednesday and internet is not there again. Having paid the premium amount for your service, I request you to please give service.
