    @airtelindia Subject: Request to Allow WiFi Extender Usage for Broadband Connection Respected Sir/Madam, I am using an Airtel Broadband connection with a WiFi connection number: 04015311420. Earlier, I was using a WiFi extender/router along with your broadband connection without any issues. Recently, during a complaint visit, your technician informed me that the usage of WiFi extenders has been technically restricted or blocked from the backend team side. I humbly request Airtel authorities to kindly allow the usage of WiFi extender/router so that I can access uninterrupted broadband connectivity throughout my premises. The extender is essential for proper signal coverage and smooth internet usage. If the restriction continues, I may be forced to cancel the existing broadband connection and shift to another broadband service provider who permits such usage.     @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Since 14/05/2026, the issue is still unresolved. Your team called multiple times, but nobody visited to fix it, and the complaint was closed without resolution. Very poor and frustrating service experience.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Unlimited 5G data has not been working for the last 3 days. I already raised this issue on X by tagging your team, but it still hasn’t been resolved. My recharge is active and I am using a 5G device, yet the unlimited 5G data is not working.

    @PranayCC I'm feeling same since last 1 month every day at 9 to 11 pm airtel. Speed drops to just 1 or 2mbps even if I'm in 5g compatible area and using 5g compatible phone Wrost service @airtelindia thinking of porting to VI now

    Using Internet service from @airtelindia is a cursed. Every time I will get recored message but no solution on card .God Knows why it is disconnect so frequently.
