    @airtelindia i recharged with 249 pack and didnt get the corresponding 1gb data per day. Morovee there is absolutely no mechanism to talk to human customer service just bots. @DoT_India @TRAI are you unable to see how brands are shutting customer services in name of AI?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had raised a complaint for my broadband, engineer visited the location 2 days after the scheduled time. Said they ll fix the issue next day but closed the complaint raised. Really disappointed. I need to talk a representative. This is really poor

    @shrechowdhury @mehtababd @airtelindia Due to duopoly, indian customers are being taken for a ride. Unless #bsnl or #vodafone provide improved network, this issue will remain.
