    Terrible experience with an untrained, crude and aggressive @shadowfax_in delivery boy for an @airtelindia return pickup in Bangalore. 1st, he wants me to go and meet him on the road,which I refuse. Then wants original box, which Airtel never gave. Totally untrained and rude

    @airtelnews I wrongly recharged my DTH two times. Only last digit was changed to 3 in place of 9. customer care, X and mail I was told that within 2 days getting refund in my a/c.but afterwards told over phone that the a/c has no balance hence won't get ₹520/. @airtelindia @MIB_India??

    Such a sick customer support by @airtelindia, entire day there is network outage, i have raised ticket, no response from airtel team, upon calling the service person there was a vague and arrogant response. Worst service even in city like Bangalore

    Dear @airtelindia , Airtel Black complaint raised on 16 May for broadband outage in Haridwar still unresolved despite promised timelines. Tickets are falsely marked “Resolved” while Wi-Fi remains dead. No accountability, no support, no follow-up. Ref ID: 11030378434

    These incompetent buffoons from @Airtel_Presence couldn’t fix an internet connection for 2 days and don’t even have the decency to respond when reached out over call. @airtelindia . High time people in Pune revert to local operators and shun these useless folks at once.
