    Network Site At Tilgam Kreeri Remains Always Down. From. Last one year the concerned authorities are telling that there is some issue and we will resolve it but all in vain. Many subscribers are porting to other companies. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence- Pathetic experience on Optic fibre.Was happy with earlier Internet plan however facing issue post your team migrated me to opt fib,121 is of no help and only raise ticket. Engineer unable to fix the issue.All hype but no help on Airtel black.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hi, Consumer from 2010 Sim has techinical issue again and again in a month. Went to care point ..said unable to update this sim need to convert in JIO Or for new sim need to pay 150 and more can't fix the trouble Need urgent help

    @TRAI @ViCustomerCare fraud alert! Raised port out request from VI to @airtelindia , gt a call from +917003227607 claiming to be from Airtel , asking me to cancel a duplicate porting request. Checked wd Airtel office and checked with them, this is a fraud way of retaining customer.
