    @airtelindia Hey @XiaomiIndia , I am using Xiaomi 12 Pro, and I'm in Chennai, is this handset 5G enabled, right? But @Airtel_Presence says, though I changed the preferred network to 5G, I need to wait for a software update from you. Is that true? If so, when can I expect an update?

    I switched from BSNL to Airtel when I was temporarily living in Angul,Orissa. It stopped functioning all of a sudden while I'm staying in Mathura. I am unable to make and receive calls from almost a month now. I have asked for help several times from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Airtel has the worst network in India and its customer care service is very poor and irresponsible, I am facing bad experience in airtel network.

    @netplusofficial Such a poor service provider in our area. After every 4-5 days it stops working. This is the service which you people are providing. I would suggest everyone to please go for @airtelindia. My frnd is using this and have not heard any complaint from past 7 months.

    @airtelindia Really disappointed with your network. Even right now, Using my wifi to tweet this. Imagine if someone would have emergency and couldn't get help because of poor network. Its severe. Hope you'd take it in your consideration.

    No network in my mother's mobile since 15 days. On going to Airtel office it was told that there is photo mismatch. We were only asked to move from one office to another .Its a blunder by airtel in documentation @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia #WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICE

    I called at @airtelindia for my complaint. Here the staff don’t talk politely to the customer nor listen.I have complaint several times for the problem of network at my home every time technician come visit generates the report and then never come back nor picthe call.

    @airtelindia I have recharged my airtel number 9172605447 but this number is not working , please check and make it activate in case it's deactivated.
