    I am having @airtelindia and @VodafoneIN very bad network while talking voice break and even it get silent from last 4 days to much problem in both network hope company take action ...Soon @TRAI

    I have shifted to my hometown and have started work from home. Getting the worst internet connectivity from Airtel telecommunication. @airtelindia I even have raised complaints about the same but unable to get any help from customer care. Please help 🙏

    @airtelindia please update status at 9176189525 Hi, we have registered the Service Request via Reference No. 31-2419074244742 for your Airtel Mobile. The same will be closed within 8 Working Days.. To check the status, SMS SR (ref. no.) to 121.

    Everytime someone on their 121 call centre “assures me personally” it will be done in 24 hours with no way for me to follow back. I have had 5 such calls now. no complaint ID to follow, nothing shared in written. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Worst service by Airtel in Kerala. I have been contacting them for past two weeks for Airtel black connection with broadband and DTH. Nobody turned up yet. Got some calls in Hindi which I don't understand. @airtelindia @airtelnews
