And when you call on customer care they didnt even accepted your call, i have two VI sim 1 got 3 MBPS speed and other got 0KB , At same place and on same device, Worst networking service ever, Batter to use @reliancejio or @airtelindia

@airtelindia The quality of Airtel network service in our villages is getting worse day by day. my data speed running at only 2kbps to 3kbps My online exam is going to held on 18th September so minimum 300 to 400kbps is required. So please do something in our locality
