    And when you call on customer care they didnt even accepted your call, i have two VI sim 1 got 3 MBPS speed and other got 0KB , At same place and on same device, Worst networking service ever, Batter to use @reliancejio or @airtelindia

    @jaagograhakjago @jagograhakjago please guide me.. I have been chasing @airtelindia for fixing my WiFi which is not working since yesterday morning I’ve been calling them again and again nobody is taking any accountability for this matter. It has hampered my work from home. (1/2)

    @airtelindia @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I've completely lost trust in Airtel. Frequent disconnections have become a regular issue, and today the internet went down right in the middle of an important meeting. To make matters worse, the resolution time shared is 5 AM tomorrow

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Applied for Airtel Wi-Fi, paid ₹1500, but later found fiber connection is not available in my society. Have been following up with the engineer and customer care since last 2 days, but no response. Request immediate cancellation
