And when you call on customer care they didnt even accepted your call, i have two VI sim 1 got 3 MBPS speed and other got 0KB , At same place and on same device, Worst networking service ever, Batter to use @reliancejio or @airtelindia

@airtelindia just applied for airtel one plan, such a bad experience in on boarding. Promised a 200mbps plan but what is active is only 40mbps. Sales person is very rude in her approach

I am using #airtelindia and I can not use my internet in @evening@night . I am not getting any response and there is no customer service number available so that I can talk to the customer care representative.Either solve the issue or I move to #reliancejio .
