And when you call on customer care they didnt even accepted your call, i have two VI sim 1 got 3 MBPS speed and other got 0KB , At same place and on same device, Worst networking service ever, Batter to use @reliancejio or @airtelindia

@TilotamaG @atulmodani @airtelindia Connect Wi-Fi via 5G bandwidth. Airtel can’t help if you are connected to slow band. Internet isn’t slow, your medium (Wi-Fi band in your case ) is.
