    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence In 121 & 198 option to report internet issue not working. I pressed the desired number asked in IVRS but doesn't follow my inputs.

    @airtelindia Never switch to Airtel guys, worst customer service and no value given to customers. They will come early morning for booking and taking a big amount after that after the continuous follow up also will not suffice and for installation u will have to wait for forever
