    @airtelindia my incoming and outgoing calls were barred because of some balance issue. I did a 100rs recharge got 81. Again couldn't call or recieve call. Then called customer care got to know That I have to do seperate 79 recaharge to start service in which I will get 64rs.

    @airtelindia I have one postpaid connection and one prepaid, I was using your service last 7 to 8 years but now I'm facing connectivity problem not only me in my village all airtel user facing this problem some of the user change there operater.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Hi I m unable 2 claim my broadband bill as billing period in last 6 months invoice is incorrect. I spoke with customer care and they asked me to write mail to 121 and i wrote on 25 Oct. As f nw there is no response. Can you look into it on priority?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews since yesterday i am unable to recieve and make a call from my airtel no, as it is showing emergency call. I have done all trouble shooting like switched off the phone, taken out and reinserted the sim card but no help. Pathetic...
