    @airtelindia not receiving otp from banks since morning. Tried 3 banks, 3 cards, same thing. Called ur support team, they said, everything is okay; @SamsungIndia support checked & said S25 is okay.Atm, I'm pretty sure your network is the issue. Can you help?

    @airtelindia whats your customer care email id ?? Why you are charging extra amount in the name of taxes ?? I didnt subscribe or opt for additional channels But im getting text msgs as channel got activated Why u r activating new channels without my consent ???

    @reliancejio @JioCare : such kind of response and behaviour never expected. Seems basic sanitisation is missing. I have @airtelindia connection too . Never faced such issues. Ask your field employees to focus on real troubleshooting instead of insist for OTP and close complain

    @airtelindia the service in Parbhani has deteriorated badly. Please fix the network issue urgently and provide a permanent solution. Otherwise, there is no reason for us to continue with Airtel. 3/3
