    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Can you act on this complaint 11035002241. None of them addressed as of now, when I connected with the assigned service engineer, I am getting very rude response. Is there any capable person to take action on this?

    @airtelindia 2/3 The moment my 30GB was exhausted, my internet became practically unusable—even on a 5G phone in a 5G coverage area. If the add-on includes "Unlimited 5G," why does the service become unusable after the base data is consumed?

    Hi @Airtel_Presence,@airtelindia Earlier, I requested a downgrade to the ₹250/month plan as I was out of town. Now that I'm back, I want to switch back to my regular/high-speed plan. Despite multiple calls to customer care, the issue is still unresolved. Kindly help

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence worst service provider in the Andhra Pradesh state pedaparimi Village. If power goes in my village automatically Airtel signal also goes down. Reason is : No proper backup at your Airtel Tower. How come you are No1 network in india???

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence No signal for airtel DTH since 10th july. Already raised complain 657473224 on 10th July but no resolution till today 13th July . This is the condition of AIRTEL BLACK premium service. Request you to please resolve it or close my connection..

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This is absolutely unacceptable and I am exhausted from repeatedly chasing Airtel for a problem created by Airtel’s own failure to provide service and properly close the connection. Stop sending automated replies. Stop passing the complaint from one team to another.

    Very disappointed with @airtelindia .I got a new Airtel Broadband connection and completed the payment, but the installation has not been done properly. The Wi-Fi is still not working, and despite repeated follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved. Kindly resolve this on priority.
