    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Last Sunday I order to airtel broadband service , theye told me we will call , now Wednesday today but still not getting any call, I think airtel is not need new customer.

    @Airtel_Presence It's been more than 24 hours, and let alone receive any resolution or update for my issue, my broadband has now stopped working altogether! @airtelindia "Priority Service" is a shameful scam. Plz spare me "thank you for your patience" type of nonsense, & DM/email a clear update.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence pathetic services. Want to update email id for my number and and its a hell of a process. First was asked to send message on 121 and then call on 121 and then send email to support and now i got to know even sending email will not work.
