    @airtelindia My Digital TV remote (Black Plan) has not been working for the last two days. Both your chat support and phone support have been unhelpful, and my issue is still unresolved. The remote is less than a year old, so I expect a ASAP replacement under warranty.

    To make matters worse, I’m now being asked to purchase the service again and wait for a refund of the amount already paid. There is no proper cstmr support, no resolution, and I dnt even have an option to cancel the service. Extremely disappointing experience. (3/3) @airtelindia
