  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Last Sunday I order to airtel broadband service , theye told me we will call , now Wednesday today but still not getting any call, I think airtel is not need new customer.

  @airtelindia I booked for 799 plan with 100 Mbps speed. Technicians installed the connection with 40 Mbps. No proper response from Sales team for the last 4 days If you can't provide the promised speed then you should not charge the amount. Worst service , I would suggest not to take AirteL

  @Airtel_Presence just taken a airtel broadband but not happy. Internet is not running properly. I changed my services provider for better service but @airtelindia disappointed me even after paying more than previous service provider.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Switching to Airtel was probably the worst choice, Internet doesn't work no matter what plan I purchase, lately call waiting feature is disabled as well from my number despite changing the settings in my phone it doesn't work. It's so frustrating.
