    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Last Sunday I order to airtel broadband service , theye told me we will call , now Wednesday today but still not getting any call, I think airtel is not need new customer.

    @airtelindia Im waiting for your team to install wifi at my home from a week now. The sales guy promised it will be done within 3 days but no calls no response not even answering my calls. I don't know why airtel service has gone so bad these days. Better fix or return money.

    @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have shared all the details, but no response from airtel. Airtel is always the worst/irresponsible team, they are eating customers amount with out any service. Tooo worst network

    Meet the new Airtel (@airtelindia) BLACKout experience: > internet goes down > go to the app and then to the internet connectivity services > start a bot chat > the bot (not even an LLM) tries to fix basic settings > tries to optimize the experience > tries to restart the router > whole thing takes 5-7 minutes > then after failing it doesn't raise a request for visit > it directs you to call Airtel rep > the airtel call drives you through an unncessary IVR flow > listen to the promo then tap 1, 2, 3, and **** to go to Wi-Fi support > finally, the agent connects; they do not even listen to what you're saying, just keep talking like a pilot (which you can barely understand) > they try to fix the issue on call, doing the same thing > they fail, and when I say raise a request, they transfer the call > the other "WiFi expert" comes in, tries the same thing, and when I said that I just spent 20 minutes getting a request raised, they finally do it. > now, a person will visit by 3PM > Yay! Airtel FTW

    Hi @airtelindia , your records are showing that I have spent 3300 gb of data in just ~3-4 days? While I only use it for office purpose and bit of ott watching, Btw who tf downloads so much in today's age? Already escalated complaint with helpdesk, not getting response.
