    @airtelindia what a pathetic service for shifting to broadband took already 3 days but update. Poor customer service as every executive speaks different version. No coordination at all. Very disappointed.

    @sudesh99 @airtelindia They are not only providing poor service but also harassing the customers on a regular basis. Their social team has bunch of jokers working for them and they will just reply that they are working on it. Terrible service. Switch to other service provide ASAP.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia what is the process to cancel broadband connection even before it is activated? Paid all charges on 5th July and still awaiting service activation due to some local cabling power issue. Please cancel my connection & refund. No point waiting.
