@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Your network is very bad inside the house, it comes to the signal, I have compiled several times, but there is no solution yet. And the preparation of running 5G is not aware of 2G, 3G, 4G will not be run and 5G will be left.

@airtelindia You guys have the worst network ever. On the name of your Platinum plans, what you offer is damn bad. 90% of the times call fails or the Internet does not work. Ridiculous. No solution despite complaints and visit to the store.

From sales man till nodal officers, we tried to reach out. All are interested in 10am to 6pm but not for customer satisfaction. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , please address before we plan to switch all connections to some other service provider.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia As per you informed the airtel person called named Amal, from edapally branch. He isn't answering any call nor calling back. My airtel network has also been cut without any information. What irresponsible act this was. Currently using Jio.
