To begin with, I have experienced frequent call drops and poor network coverage in my area. I have raised this issue with your customer service team several times, but the problem still persists. This has resulted in a lot of inconvenience and frustration, @airtelindia

The representatives seem to lack the necessary knowledge and skills to handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions. I have been put on hold for long periods of time and have had to make multiple calls to get a resolution for a single issue. @airtelindia

@airtelindia is defrauding customers who activate International Roaming. I activated a 30 day pack but instead they charged me for one day pack for 10 days and then for a 30 day pack. Disputed the bill several times in the App, explained to customer support, no resolution.
