    I got @airtelindia postpaid connection yesterday for dth and broadband. Paid amount of 6 months in advance. And got very bad experience on the first day. Nor my broadband is working nor your service executives who asked me to pay advance are now responding!

    Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I m having zero network speed issues in area pin 422006. Loc attached for ref. Having 2 borrow my neighbor's @reliancejio Wifi network 2 evn msg this. Ths is hurting my business. Pls look into else will have to switch. Royale Bldg B 12th floor.

    Worst xstream fiber service ever given by airtel to customers...after calling customer care they said their executive come next day ...that means we wait for near 12 hours to resolve internet issue..this is very bad ..and worst service. @airtelindia @JioCare

    @JioCare @airtelindia Sir, I have already twittered on same platform that who will give proper service at our place will get number of customers. Jio also not works at our place. A single file on WhatsApp of 10 kb takes time of 1 min to download and for call we have to come out from home

    @airtelindia Facing very bad network issue.. couldnt place even call or use mobile data.. Having this experience for nearly 3-4 months. Network is not working even after the complaint.. Its not as if they shown in ads.. Network coverage is too bad..

    @airtelindia worst service do not take connection from this company I gave 4000 rs for broadband connection now they are not giving me connection by saying that line is too far so to take connection I have to give extra money to them and now I don’t want it they are not refunding

    @Idea @airtelindia @reliancejio Sorry idea care, I did the port out process and dont want to wait and dont want any resolution from you, as per your knowledge you people will only ask to restart mobile, select auto ntwrk mode, delete cookies except this cant provide anything.

    @jayaselvam777 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Yes many friends of mine are facing the same issue airtel has decreased the speed and it uses the pack data first nowadays it didn't happen before once the 2gb data is finished then the network for 5g too lags for the rest of day. At my college we have Airtel tower above.

    Hey, @airtelindia my Wi-Fi isn't working as of 9 AM on July 4, 2026. I’m unable to register a complaint on the Airtel Thanks app either. The local service provider is saying the issue isn't at my end, it’s a problem on the company's side. This is the third day, when will it finally be fixed?

    @airtelindia trying to apply for a secondary IPTV connection, 7 calls to 121 and 2 visits to the Airtel store -no resolution. This has been a frustrating experience for an existing Airtel Black customer. Request @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence to please look into this and resolve it urgently.
