    @BSNLCorporate Fiber Broadband is down 75% of the day, EVERYDAY. Even after complaining this to the officials they refuse to take any action against it. Extremely Infuriating. I'd be glad to switch to @airtelindia if it was available in my area, @Airtel_Presence

    @TRAI what does one needs to do to get network of service provider whom an individual is regularly paying bills? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence - There is such poor network that I cannot even call customer care. I have been missing so many work related calls. This is pathetic.

    @Airtel_Presence , @airtelindia have 3 airtel postpaid connections & I am not even getting 2g data with lots of call drop.Have registered a complaint but no fedback till now.please don't force me for port out as I would like to continue with airtel.

    @airtelindia worst service do not take connection from this company I gave 4000 rs for broadband connection now they are not giving me connection by saying that line is too far so to take connection I have to give extra money to them and now I don’t want it they are not refunding

If there's any issues in the system, does it take 3 days to resolve? Which is by the way still at not solved. You really care for customers?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia When the closure request for fixed line was already given in December month after paying off all the dues and even got confirmation frm customer care for request processing, how has the bill generated? I am not even able to connect with you guys.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence for the past few weeks, I'm having too much network issues. Most of the time i couldn't listen the callers. I've to make call 2 or 3 times in order to listen them. It is happening too frequently.

    Bad experience with @ACTFibernet . After my plan expired, they did not give me the option to change Plan. I had to call CC and request a change, and it took almost 72 hrs for them to change. I will switch to @reliancejio or @airtelindia after this month poor service from ACT.
