    @airtelindia Why this network is becoming so difficult to use that you have to wait for jio wifi. Everytime to get network you have to refresh network. Kindly help if possible

    @Idea @idea_cares @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio idea care you people will have to always regret for you 3rd class services. now we will port out all mobile nos from idea to somewhere else and if that operator also dont give good service then we have other options.

    @BSNLCorporate Fiber Broadband is down 75% of the day, EVERYDAY. Even after complaining this to the officials they refuse to take any action against it. Extremely Infuriating. I'd be glad to switch to @airtelindia if it was available in my area, @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence does my dad deserve to go through this for his 15+ years of loyalty? I agree we have systems in place and it is always right to double check things but if we have everything proof in place, it shouldnt be a cause of concern! Pleas help resolve this

    @Airtel_Presence , @airtelindia have 3 airtel postpaid connections & I am not even getting 2g data with lots of call drop.Have registered a complaint but no fedback till now.please don't force me for port out as I would like to continue with airtel.

    @TRAI what does one needs to do to get network of service provider whom an individual is regularly paying bills? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence - There is such poor network that I cannot even call customer care. I have been missing so many work related calls. This is pathetic.

    @sbhansali @airtelindia U r a lucky guy that the mighty Airtel team responded to you atleast. I have UL Data plan while downloading an update they just said my quota of 2GB is over i mean WTF is then unliminted 5G plan n my ttl consumption for day was just 2 GB only when speed dropped to 64kbps

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Even after the installation of a new Airtel tower between Shahpur and Bhawansuri, the network quality remains extremely poor. Facing severe signal drops and slow internet speeds daily. Please optimize the new tower on priority.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia What is the use of being a BLACK CUSTOMER when I cannot get internet connectivity on a Monday business hours. No customer service. Engineer calls do not connect. Better if somebody can come and disconnect the service. I am tired of Airtel.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Plot twist. Now they are saying your request/order itself not generated.See how these guys are working. Fooling the customer. Harassing the customer. If my request is not fulfilled today I will break the airtel airfiber device and post that video for sure.
