    Worst xstream fiber service ever given by airtel to customers...after calling customer care they said their executive come next day ...that means we wait for near 12 hours to resolve internet issue..this is very bad ..and worst service. @airtelindia @JioCare

    @Airtel_Presence pathethic service I have to buy sim card from outside and pay rs. 50/- for processing so I have to pay rs. 50/- for card and rs. 50/- for processing and the executive is saying wait for 7 days to have free card otherwise spend money. @airtelindia

    I got @airtelindia postpaid connection yesterday for dth and broadband. Paid amount of 6 months in advance. And got very bad experience on the first day. Nor my broadband is working nor your service executives who asked me to pay advance are now responding!

    @airtelindia I have been calling from Nov 2020 for disconnection of my numbers. Instead of cancelling, I keep on receiving bills and on calling customer care, everyday I am told they are handling the request. Why should I pay you money when I cann't even use the service?
