@ViCustomerCare after 1 day passed but my mobile Internet not working till today , yesterday 2 time call your customer care but no solution provided, same on vi team, if you haven't not solutions if u haven't solution than will go with @airtelindia

@airtelnews @airtelindia @airtelbank I'm using airtel fastag but when I reached at Toll Plaza, it was showing blacklisted however there is much balance is available in it. Due to this, I had to pay penalty amount. Even when I'm not able to contact customer care.

Haven't been receiving 4g signal (receiving only 2g) in my Airtel number for a month now at any location nor in any device. Customer care can not be contacted. Complaint tickets raised on app didn't help. Pathetic service @airtelindia. Resolve this ASAP, or I'll have to port out.

@airtelindia First you have taken full 6 months advance rental for Xstream Fiber. Installation not done properly and after raising complaint customer care not responding properly and service engineer not turned up after regular followup. What kind of service is this?
