@ViCustomerCare after 1 day passed but my mobile Internet not working till today , yesterday 2 time call your customer care but no solution provided, same on vi team, if you haven't not solutions if u haven't solution than will go with @airtelindia

Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence do you need 6+ days to investigate a complaint #10151202881? That too in metro cities like Bangalore? Fed up with so many customer care calls and escalations. Assigned technician responses like he is providing the service at free of cost.

Hi @airtelindia The mobile network coverage in my house, both 4G and 5G is terrible. The broadband internet speed is also terrible. I pay for a 200 mbps connection and barely get 60-70 mbps on a good day. On most days the speed in abysmal, 10-20 mbps. Please sort this out.

Seriously disappointed with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence! Despite having enough SMS balance in my account, I am unable to send the port message to switch to another network. This delay is causing a lot of inconvenience, and I expected better from Airtel. #portingproblem
