    @ViCustomerCare after 1 day passed but my mobile Internet not working till today , yesterday 2 time call your customer care but no solution provided, same on vi team, if you haven't not solutions if u haven't solution than will go with @airtelindia

    @airtelnews @airtelindia @airtelbank I'm using airtel fastag but when I reached at Toll Plaza, it was showing blacklisted however there is much balance is available in it. Due to this, I had to pay penalty amount. Even when I'm not able to contact customer care.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence : I recharged for 598 last night as my pack was set to expire. the money was deducted but the pack wasn't activated. I cannot call nor have internet access for more than 12 hours now. Please help.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Nth time ticket is opened & closed without resolution or a single technician calling to check if it’s fine before closing. Your CSR Mahalakshmi promised she is personally looking into it & ticket will be closed only once I confirm after a 1/2

    @ViCustomerCare Your team says can't reverse wrong recharge . What's the use of customer care not happy with the service sy your end.. I am loosing my money for pathetic network. Other network providers like @airtelindia & @reliancejio do help us in such cases
