@ViCustomerCare after 1 day passed but my mobile Internet not working till today , yesterday 2 time call your customer care but no solution provided, same on vi team, if you haven't not solutions if u haven't solution than will go with @airtelindia

@airtelnews @airtelindia @airtelbank I'm using airtel fastag but when I reached at Toll Plaza, it was showing blacklisted however there is much balance is available in it. Due to this, I had to pay penalty amount. Even when I'm not able to contact customer care.

@airtelindia @airtelindia your service touches a new low every time i try using the hotspot via phone. Speeds fall, the 4g sign changes to E, and I have to switch to airplane mode and back again. Appallingly bad service!

@airtelindia this is my 10th year of being a regular customer of your network and to be very honest your network is kind of frustrating and always asking me questions whether i should move to any other network provider but being less on time I can’t do it .
