Due to this, I had to pay penalty amount. Even when I'm not able to contact customer care.

I hv 2GB per day data plan, but hardly i can use even 1 GB as there is no network of Airtel or Jio. So u do whatever you can! It doesn't matter them. Even after the tower installation, 5G service has not been launched here yet. Please inspect @airtelindia
