@ViCustomerCare after 1 day passed but my mobile Internet not working till today , yesterday 2 time call your customer care but no solution provided, same on vi team, if you haven't not solutions if u haven't solution than will go with @airtelindia

@airtelnews @airtelindia @airtelbank I'm using airtel fastag but when I reached at Toll Plaza, it was showing blacklisted however there is much balance is available in it. Due to this, I had to pay penalty amount. Even when I'm not able to contact customer care.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I gave a request to upgrade bandwidth on my DSL on January 2nd. I've followed this up with 2 visits to the airtel store, calls to the call center, each time I am apologized to and told that it will be done right away. Is this customer service?

Dear @airtelindia, I did MNP to your services by choosing Airtel black. What a pathetic services are being provided. I am still not able activate my number. Also, for Airtel xstream I had to wait for 3 days to get the service after payment. Rubish company
