  @airtelindia @VittalGopal Absolutely disappointed with ur service to the end user and ur contact center agents have courtesy to disconnect the call after putting on hold 25mins.. I would like to share a call recording with ur representative and u decide how u treat customer.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Day - 8 , 17 class , 10 DMs and still no results on activation of broadband just sending auto genrated msgs if you are not able to do it tell it straight away please don't waste other's time there are other Intenet service providers also #WorstISP

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is looting to their customers I had asked executive to disconnect my connection but they didn't do that and give me the bill of next month also I have call recording of your executive and filing a complaint in the consumer forum

  @airtelindia I want to disconnect my broadband connection and raised a request for that but I am still waiting for disconnection since last month. In future I will never use Airtel service because for such a bad customer care service.

  Totally frustrating experience from airtel side. No engineer visits till now. No call receive, no progress seen to resolve the problem. Why didn't you guys also shut down ur business as your services also sucks. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . you should compensate for the loss.
