    @airtelindia I am having an issue with network and had raised a service request CCNOR3BLR20220122605985. And the service request was closed without resolving an issue or giving feedback or contacting me. It's been nearly 20+ days since I have no network on my Airtel sim.

    @airtelindia @VittalGopal (2) I called your cust. care on this issue everyday for the last 30 days to check on the issue,they have closed the ticket themselves without even providing a resolution to the issue. It is humiliating that a technical issue is taking this long to fix.
