  @airtelnews @airtelindia @airtelbank I'm using airtel fastag but when I reached at Toll Plaza, it was showing blacklisted however there is much balance is available in it. Due to this, I had to pay penalty amount. Even when I'm not able to contact customer care.

  @TRAI Yes. Even @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence cellphone signal is so poor even in city like Chennai. No action despite repeated complaints but keep on increasing tariff recklessly. Cell phone signal is the basic thing.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence why is there no response from your side? My Internet is not working since 3 days, it shows 5g but download speeds are of 0.01 Mbps. On 198, the recorded message just says our team is working on it! Why is there no update @TRAI please intervene
