@ViCustomerCare after 1 day passed but my mobile Internet not working till today , yesterday 2 time call your customer care but no solution provided, same on vi team, if you haven't not solutions if u haven't solution than will go with @airtelindia

@airtelindia My internet speed is just half what I was promised complained about it ur team. comes nd do some RND and says it's all right and I say why so much of up and down? No explanation 4m ur technician. 3 months of plan nd looks like 2 months completed with the same issue.

@Airtel_Presence Ridiculous way of treating customers. Chased and followed up with customer service team for 3 consecutive days but only given false promises and services still did not work. Imagine doing work 4m home without broadband for 3+ consecutive days.Bye Bye @airtelindia

@airtelindia @DoT_India I am just waiting for the day when my recharge periods ends so that I can move to another service provider.. despite numerous complaints, calls, emails #airtel fails to provide even 2G standard network & here u r talking abt 5G.. your network is pathetic and unreliable
