    @ViCustomerCare after 1 day passed but my mobile Internet not working till today , yesterday 2 time call your customer care but no solution provided, same on vi team, if you haven't not solutions if u haven't solution than will go with @airtelindia

    022 4961 8676 - im on call with your customer care for issue since 1 hour and he puted from last 30mint me on hold and signing a song. And where is written it's will not refund the amount of advance rental. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Why are your service engineers so complacent? I had sent you a broadband fault complaint via DM 3 days ago & NOTHING has happened. Yesterday I get a dishonest SMS that the issue has been resolved.

    Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence last month upgrade my broadband to fibre. Today morning to till now internet not working. LOS red blinking. Call to service person they said busy. Then go to ThillaiNagar Trichy, tamilnadu airtel care to register a complaint. (1/3)

    @Airtel_Presence So after 4days you wake up, every thing is conveyed to your call centre executive and for more details check my complaint no mention in my tweet. Just writing automated reply won’t work. @airtelindia #AirtelHasWorstService
