Due to this, I had to pay penalty amount. Even when I'm not able to contact customer care.

No network, no internet! Take strict action against both salespersons & 'Vani' (screen-share agent, Muzaffarpur). I have CCTV & audio proof. Fix this ASAP!

This is inconvenient it cost me amount of time,money. Couple of mails sent but not resolved. Pls help with alternate KYC process restore number.

We have now decided to remove all your connections from our society. Around 15–20 connections will be disconnected
