    @ViCustomerCare after 1 day passed but my mobile Internet not working till today , yesterday 2 time call your customer care but no solution provided, same on vi team, if you haven't not solutions if u haven't solution than will go with @airtelindia

    @airtelnews @airtelindia @airtelbank I'm using airtel fastag but when I reached at Toll Plaza, it was showing blacklisted however there is much balance is available in it. Due to this, I had to pay penalty amount. Even when I'm not able to contact customer care.

    @airtelindia @airtel if u don't want to listen customer problem then why u give option for calling executive. I called twice and after listening 1 line, call gets disconnected. On Airtel app, u just give chatbot who don't even understand the problem. Pathetic service

    @airtelindia today is 3rd day in same week, my internet/wifi is not working..seems some upgrade is on. Why aren't these upgrades carried out at late nights to avoid any downtime for us consumers during working hours.

    @airtelindia Disgusting service, It’s been 72 hours I have requested for an IPTV installation at my place, and approved for unbundle the black bill, Have paid the amount asked for the same but nothing happened yet! So, disconnecting all the Airtel services and opting for Jio! @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia recently someone in our Society who knew an airtel guy, leveraging his personal connections fiddled with the nearby tower and now we are left is no network. Previously we used to get at least 2 bars. Now, nothing. Nada. Zilch. Please help urgently
