    @ViCustomerCare after 1 day passed but my mobile Internet not working till today , yesterday 2 time call your customer care but no solution provided, same on vi team, if you haven't not solutions if u haven't solution than will go with @airtelindia

    If you think that something your work of @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Network Will do within one day ,then it's your myth . These rich co. treats you like slave not coustomer. Even not via #CoustomerCareService or any helpline.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My SIM is not working. I got on a call with the customer service team. I am told I have to go to the Airtel store and get a duplicate sim. Really? Why can’t it be sent by courier to me? It’s ridiculous to ask customers to visit stores in these times
