@ViCustomerCare after 1 day passed but my mobile Internet not working till today , yesterday 2 time call your customer care but no solution provided, same on vi team, if you haven't not solutions if u haven't solution than will go with @airtelindia

@airtelnews @airtelindia @airtelbank I'm using airtel fastag but when I reached at Toll Plaza, it was showing blacklisted however there is much balance is available in it. Due to this, I had to pay penalty amount. Even when I'm not able to contact customer care.

@airtelindia #SMS Dear Artel team, SMS is the very basic, essential, use in emergency situations and activate or deactivated maney application and it should be available in all recharge pack including 79INR pack. Anyway you are charging 1INR/SMS then why can't you provide?
