    @ViCustomerCare after 1 day passed but my mobile Internet not working till today , yesterday 2 time call your customer care but no solution provided, same on vi team, if you haven't not solutions if u haven't solution than will go with @airtelindia

    @airtelnews @airtelindia @airtelbank I'm using airtel fastag but when I reached at Toll Plaza, it was showing blacklisted however there is much balance is available in it. Due to this, I had to pay penalty amount. Even when I'm not able to contact customer care.

    @JioCare Can you justify the time period of 24 days, i ordered it on 4th of this month, now it's 28th. No clarification needed, & don't act like dumb, Now I don't need your service. I've installed @airtelindia broadband connection Better refund my money asap else need raise to consumer

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My Airtel Xstream WiFi SSID is not showing on my Smart TV at all,but all our neighbours' Airtel networks are visible and working fine on the same TV. Multiple times we have compliant but no resolution yet. Highly disappointed with your service.

    WiFi connection fro m Airtel more than a week ago, but there has been no response so far. ₹400 has already been deducted. Also, I’ve tried contacting customer support multiple times, but the IVR keeps looping Not everyone has time to keep following up like this. #airtelindia

    @airtelindia I have some issues with your prepaid connection.. whenever I am trying to contact customer care, only recorded hindi voice is there. Why regional language or atleast English not available? Is there any way to choose language.. completely frustrated

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia not paying for this nonsense service every month. Resolution must be done the same day as new services r installed the same day. But no, make us wait, delay fixing it and give excuses. Not even able to catch whether its iptv or wifi issue.
