@ViCustomerCare after 1 day passed but my mobile Internet not working till today , yesterday 2 time call your customer care but no solution provided, same on vi team, if you haven't not solutions if u haven't solution than will go with @airtelindia

@airtelindia All airtel will say is they have highlighted the issue but even after weeks you will not get any service any money will be stuck there is no option of refund either. I am facing lots of problem just to get back my hard earned money. @TRAI @jagograhakjago help please
