    @ViCustomerCare after 1 day passed but my mobile Internet not working till today , yesterday 2 time call your customer care but no solution provided, same on vi team, if you haven't not solutions if u haven't solution than will go with @airtelindia

    @airtelnews @airtelindia @airtelbank I'm using airtel fastag but when I reached at Toll Plaza, it was showing blacklisted however there is much balance is available in it. Due to this, I had to pay penalty amount. Even when I'm not able to contact customer care.

    @airtelindia why should I pay for the no. of day or hour your WiFi service is affected. This is happening regularly. I want non availability of service to be deducted from my bill. If this is not adjusted, I am not going to pay my bill and will switch to other service provider

    @airtelindia My broadband internet is not working, I am trying to raise complaint, but unable to do so, your chatbot doesn't raise complaint, your customer care representative disconnects call when I ask them to raise complaint, can you raise complaint?

    @airtelindia I’ve been unable to reach customer support for several days. At the time of installation, I was assured that the service would be free for two months, after which payment would be required to continue using it, failing which the service would be discontinued. 1/2

    @airtelindia has worst mobile app. I was checking the wifi plan but you can't check different plan without putting your address again and again. each time they register a new inquiry for a new connection. Just unnecessarily wasting the time and very buggy flow. #NoAirtelThanks

    @AirtelIndia This is absolutely unacceptable. My WiFi has been down for 4 days and your team has failed to fix it despite multiple complaints. This is sheer negligence and a complete failure in service
