@airtelnews @airtelindia @airtelbank I'm using airtel fastag but when I reached at Toll Plaza, it was showing blacklisted however there is much balance is available in it. Due to this, I had to pay penalty amount. Even when I'm not able to contact customer care.

@ViCustomerCare after 1 day passed but my mobile Internet not working till today , yesterday 2 time call your customer care but no solution provided, same on vi team, if you haven't not solutions if u haven't solution than will go with @airtelindia

Dear @airtelindia, What an amazing customer service you are providing. My internet is not working since yesterday and yet no technician is here to resolve it. (SN- 130156526). Local service providers are better than you guys, at least they don't take so much of time.

@airtelindia and other cellular company's mobile network are so worst in my area (Laluhi, Bahraich,U.P.), that we can't use internet or make a simple call by using 4G. It's same situation since many years and they aren't resolving this issue. Please @TRAI look into this matter.

@airtelindia I am a customer of your d2h services. I have Xtreme set top box. On 17 April at 1 pm set top box has lost the signal and after one I have complained to customer care centre. No response ... Your field engineers are Nawabs. Till now (18 April 3.34 pm) I am helpless

@airtelindia A month old issue of Payment not posted is still pending. No one has any understanding of the resolution, tickets are resolved without notes on it, mails has no response. Everytime customer care executives can just escalate the issue.
