@ViCustomerCare after 1 day passed but my mobile Internet not working till today , yesterday 2 time call your customer care but no solution provided, same on vi team, if you haven't not solutions if u haven't solution than will go with @airtelindia

Can you(@airtelindia) explain which type of 4g services you are giving, I raised more than 10 complaints to your customer care center(plus call & thanks app) & they are unable to fix the issue and i am worrying about why are we paying extra to airtel as One Airtel plan.

@airtelindia extremely poor services. It takes ages to download, disconnects several times during a meeting, no solution yet. VERY POOR SERVICES. Seems Airtel is least bothered. No surprise that it’s loosing business to Jio or IDEA -Vodafone.
