    @airtelnews @airtelindia @airtelbank I'm using airtel fastag but when I reached at Toll Plaza, it was showing blacklisted however there is much balance is available in it. Due to this, I had to pay penalty amount. Even when I'm not able to contact customer care.

    @ViCustomerCare after 1 day passed but my mobile Internet not working till today , yesterday 2 time call your customer care but no solution provided, same on vi team, if you haven't not solutions if u haven't solution than will go with @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Do you people even have any sense? I requested WiFi disconnection a year ago, but it’s still not removed. Your customer care keeps calling me 15 times daily even after telling you not to. Never seen such cheap tricks and poor service.

    @airtelindia You have. Third class customer care service.I have reached the service for 9886261232 still not activated after 3 hrs and automated service is a worst service u. An imagine.

    @airtelindia Please note that I opted for bundled services for my family plan, phone, WiFi and IPTV, your store person made a mistake and logged for DTH services which I never requested, this issues is going on since 25th April,26, paid 2000 INR, yet not resolved, Pl do needful.

    @airtelindia This is how they treat their customers, several calls have been made but no response from them and see the call duration of 31 mins, 50 mins. They are only taking their customers for granted.

    1/3 I ported my number 9241235759 from Jio to @ViCustomerCare expecting better service. VI later approved a Late Payment Waiver of ₹118. But after port-out to @airtelindia, the same waiver was reversed and added back into final dues.

    Adding Airtel sham services ,post visiting store they can still fix back update in there cheapest crm software they are using . All i get hear bull from @airtelindia we working since 28th April , they messed by unbundling blacknaccount and now they can't get it back
