    @ViCustomerCare after 1 day passed but my mobile Internet not working till today , yesterday 2 time call your customer care but no solution provided, same on vi team, if you haven't not solutions if u haven't solution than will go with @airtelindia

    @airtelnews @airtelindia @airtelbank I'm using airtel fastag but when I reached at Toll Plaza, it was showing blacklisted however there is much balance is available in it. Due to this, I had to pay penalty amount. Even when I'm not able to contact customer care.

    Been 3 weeks and the issue is still not resolved Already paid the entire amount for 12 months rental in advance on 8th April, it is still not activated and Airtel is asking for additional payment for an issue on their end. Horrendous. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @JM_Scindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence SR No. 11029129032 raised on 26 April for Airtel wifi is still unresolved. No proper update or action from your team. This delay is unacceptable. Please escalate and fix this immediately. #AirtelDown #PoorService

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India It has been more than 22 days and still no resolution. My ₹349 recharge from 24 March is still showing “In Progress”, ₹100 was wrongly charged under postpaid without consent, and I had to recharge again separately to continue services.

    @airtelindia today I have contacted customer care for cancellation of my request of broadband connection, due to unjustified delay in shifting but they have abruptly disconnected call instead of accepting my request for cancellation. A very good treatment to long association

    @airtelindia 5g services are not truly unlimited. Today I was fully in 5h area and signal was continuously 5g but still got below message 50% Alert: You have consumed 50% of your data. Top-up now via Airtel app What's use of calling true 5g, bad service compare with @reliancejio
