@airtelnews @airtelindia @airtelbank I'm using airtel fastag but when I reached at Toll Plaza, it was showing blacklisted however there is much balance is available in it. Due to this, I had to pay penalty amount. Even when I'm not able to contact customer care.

@ViCustomerCare after 1 day passed but my mobile Internet not working till today , yesterday 2 time call your customer care but no solution provided, same on vi team, if you haven't not solutions if u haven't solution than will go with @airtelindia

@airtelindia your customer service is really bad. I don't have network and it's just my sim. My friends have network in there airtel sim but my sim doesn't have any network no matter what phone I put it in. And your thanks app is useless as hell no way to contact customer care.
