@ViCustomerCare after 1 day passed but my mobile Internet not working till today , yesterday 2 time call your customer care but no solution provided, same on vi team, if you haven't not solutions if u haven't solution than will go with @airtelindia

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Bill for Postpaid mobile paid by credit card. Amount deducted on card on 6th jan. Airtel app says bill unpaid . No customer care response from your team for 2 days ! I am not paying any penalty , for your mistake !
