    I have received the worst service possible by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence office in Coimbatore. I tried to port my sim which they did online. I don't have service in old sim and new sim hasn't even arrived yet. What kind of cheating is this??

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia - Can you please help me with the process to cancel my broadband connection. I shifted to a new place. Don't suggest shifting as I a got new separate Airtel connection there.
