  Is that right if I pay for something but company don't provide what i paid for? Company should fine charges? If "yes" then telecom company who claim for 4G and after Recharge they can't provide 4G network. They should charges fine. @ConsumerCourt_ @airtelindia @rashtrapatibhvn

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Have been using airtel postpaid family plan for years. Not getting 4G in current location. #31-3648174748648 (raised a month back) has been closed now, issue still persists. Had followed up with customer care multiple times. Is it closed to save SLA?

  @airtelindia My mobile number 9725253018 is not able to Volte. Why? Enable service for this number. All other sim card have Volte enabled in my handset. Vodafone and jio working fine with Volte but in airtel I am not able to enable, what the rubbished this?

  To my experience, @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is the worst when it comes to customer service, I have provided all my documents, whatever they requested, still no updates and Everytime a new person reply, can't explain the matter new person everytime. #shame #airtelsucks
