Worst experience with Airtel dth. For recharge Airtel application is not user friendly. I have done recharge of 350 rs for 390 channel same was my old plan also but this time i want change my plan but same is not feasible from application. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had requested for Airtel fiber and they told me that services are available at my location. After giving aadhar and the OTPs that I received, they told me that the service is not available and my location is 300mts far from the service availability
