  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence On Airtel App an Airtel Agent is assigned to resolve my complaint. My office called that Agent and he said that he was assigned my complaint by mistake as he works in a different territorial area. This is what AI and automation of #Airtel is doing. Highly inefficient.

  Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia team, Please fix my WiFi wiring. The wires have come down very low due to high winds/monkey issue. The people whose house the wires are passing through have asked to raise them, otherwise they will cut them. Kindly resolve this soon. Thank you!

  @MCA21India @airtelindia @airtelnews this big multinational thinks it is below their level to respond to a customer who wants to use their services. After payment, they are not providing service nor responding to my requests. They know ministry won't do anything to them.

  @airtelindia My Airtel Broadband (DSL No: 01111809939_dsl) has been completely down for the last 1 day. Same issue facing daily.Your IVR isn't accepting complaints due to a system update. Please restore my connection by this afternoon, or process a disconnection request. #Airtel
