@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My internet is not working since yesterday morning and technician was suppose to visit yesterday but no one turned up.even after escalating there is no resolution till now. The supervisor was reluctant to address the issue.

@airtelindia, Worst Customer Experience. I requested to shift my connection on 2nd Feb and still my connection is not shifted and the team is saying that I have to wait for another 5 days. Other companies are doing it within 1 day but airtel is taking weeks to resolve issues.
