    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Throughout these 10 days: My wife has had no reliable way to communicate. We received conflicting information from different executives. Earlier complaints were never registered. No compensation was offered. No validity extension was confirmed. No temporary solution was provided.

    @airtelindia three messages received first at 11:06AM second at 6:07 PM third at 8:27 PM but none of them called me or visited for resolving my service request inhad called both of them lots of time but no one answered my call

    @airtelindia This is a corporate internet connection. The outage has affected dozens of buildings and thousands of employees. We've now been without service for more than 24 hours, causing significant business disruption and productivity loss. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
