    Airtel SIM card got damaged and needs to be replaced. The SIM card belongs to a very aged person who will be unable to visit your store. No option to request home service! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Before payment:As soon as I enquired for Xstream connection I started getting repeated calls from the team.Guy came to my location within an hour.Due to some issue I was asked to wait one day. After payment:Nobody came & nobody answering the phone. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
