@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have raised request for Dual Recording option on my Airtel Xtreme Setup box on 18th Dec'20 and another request on 20th Jan'21, but it has not been activated yet and repeated call to Customer Service is not helping either. Service not upto mark!!!

I am a airtel user,I recharged about rs1500 in April2020., it was having 365days validity& today I m not able to call or text. And you don't even showing me my last 5 transaction history so that I can cross check it&ask it on customer care @airtelindia
