    @Airtel_Presence Reiterate that information I am looking for doesn’t require ID of any customer. If Airtel doesn’t want to be transparent, it’s OK. We can understand the reason, a customer has to live with it. It’s a usual tactics of dividing the customers. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I got an Airtel fiber connection a couple of months ago at my hometown Faizabad, Ayodhya. For the last 2 weeks, the internet is not working properly. Nothing opens. But your local support engineer of the area, Wahid, is not at all cooperating.
