@JioCare Yesterday I raised a request SR00001BJ9NS dtd. 13-Jun 08:25 am & I was informed that technicians r going to visit between 2 to 3 pm. None came till now even after repeated complaint on customer care. Pathetic customer service. Need to think on switching to @airtelindia

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence DTH: 3017767213 As per conversation with Airtel call center ( mob.9952028625), I have done recharge with Rs.154/-. But, I am facing signal issue & haven't yet received any message regarding technician visit 'Free of Charge' as promised to me.
